Love the history that went with the hotel, with today's amenities Did not like the fact that as a guest, I had to pay for wireless Internet . It wasn't the money, but the simple fact that I had to pay for something that should be free. This really bothered me.

Staff was great. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient. Hotel was charming. Valet parking was expensive $100 for two nights. Restaurants were expensive. The road work out front of the hotel was a pain with a lot of road closures.

I liked the easy access to my business meeting....I found my way around nicely....the rooms were immaculately clean...except for the crack in the bathtub which prevented us from bathing....we would stay again...the staff were all very friendly and helpful! The crack in the bathtub.

We took the Via Rail and this hotel was so conveniently located to the train station and subways. We were within walking distance to so many city attractions. We loved our stay here! There isn't anything that we didn't like.

I liked how we could tag our luggage until our room was ready. The beds were comfy but seemed to be "heated". Kind of uncomfortable with this additional heat....

The weather was terrible so I appreciated being connected to shopping, the subway and our meetings all underground. Our connection to Porter Airlines was also very convenient. Library Bar was a bit noisy but staff was excellent .

Classic Canadian Hotel in great location. Your wifi coverage is poor, the requirement to re-logon incessantly is maddening and the signal strength is weak. You should be ashamed for charging for it in the first place, and even if the service was good the price is a gouge.

Location is great, very helpful concierge and door staff I returned to my room on Saturday night to find a row of lacrosse players being massaged on massage tables in the corridor outside my room, laughimg and joking (it was past midnight). This is not what I would expect from the Fairmont

I did not like the restriction imposed upon late check out. I even called after the booking and was told there would be no problem for a late check out as there were plenty of availble rooms but this changed when I arrived and the hotel suddenly now insisted upon a charge of approximately $ 130.00 to stay later.

That it was easy to book and right in the heart of the city I was not informed when I booked on booking.com that the hotel would be charged tot he credit card I gave and I wanted to pay cash when I checked out as I had booked 2 rooms and ended up paying on my card for the other couples room.
