Staff was very friendly and helpful. Little things could make this motel a whole lot better. Example attention to detail when cleaning corners rust marks on the wall. I would stay again for fhe price
Some shady looking characters hanging around. But that being said there was no noise or disturbances and was never bothered by anyone
not great at all very dirty needs a lot of work would not suggest anyone spend there money on a place like that
It was an excellent place for our stay!
I wish there was another blanket (duvet) on the bed
glomy rooms, paid for 2 nites ,left to go home next day, wife was very discourged with the room, wires hanging down all over ,holes in walls smelled terrible, did not get money back for leaving 1 day early, never again
Bed bugs, rodents, ceiling water damage, dirty countertops, and what appears to be mold around the air conditioner.
I liked the location, the free parking, the fridge and the price I paid for my stay.
The heating and air conditioning are controlled by the operators. There is no 24 hour staff and it is very dark at night.
quaintly of beds excellent u could see work was being done and being done well very good location would stay again
the only thing the bedroom fan was very noise
Close to lots of entertainment. I would stay again.
Very noisy bathroom fan. Room needs a good fix up(105) needs paint badly. It did the job. I would want a cheaper price on it next time. Office was not open all the time, you would have to wait 15 minutes for person to show up.
Me and my girlfriend misjudged our drive and got there about an hour earlier, with nothing planned until Dinnertime we decided to go to the motel and see if we could checkin about 2 hours early. The gentleman working at the front desk kindly let us check in early and had us on our way quickly and with no problems at all.
Our room was located right beside the stairs and maybe the loudest guests there. Nighttime wasn't bad because we went out around 6pm and stayed out in the city until 1am 2am so by then they were sleeping . There was about 7 of them staying in the 2 rooms beside us. In the morning we were woken up at 7am by them yelling, laughing and banging. We understood yeah you're in niagara falls have a good time but can you wait until a little later, have some respect. Maybe if the walls weren't so thin it wouldn't be so bad but none the less we were up at 7am and certaintly did not want to be up that early. Also just little things like cobwebs in the corning of the walls, blinds were so thin that the sun came in really early, the shower had no water pressure and the sink faucette was basically falling off
Free parking on site and close to the falls and attractions
very clean. nice people
Loved how close it was to where I wanted to go.
Need an option to let housekeeping know if or if not need the room cleaned without them having to knock every day. Need better way to control heat in the room. Other than that you were awesome!!!
Overall experience was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of hot water and a/c worked perfectly. The a/c is window unit so it's not whisper quiet. I simply used ear plugs anyway in case of noise from other rooms, the street etc. My husband did not and said there was no outside noise and he thought it was a nice quiet stay. It's not a high end motel but it can't be beat for value and location. Everything was within walking distance. I would stay there again.
Nothing really not to like. It's an older motel and could use a facelift. There are obvious signs of age in the bathroom but for the money you can't go wrong. The cable could've had more and better channels. Again not a deal breaker for the length of time we were there.
Nice location and cheap price; wood bedset was beautiful. Nice staff and when asked for refund they gave immediately. No argument.
This place needs repair; bathroom--paint bubbling and chipping away from walls, and door--maybe lead paint? black mold on bathtub, walls and baseboard by floor; i have asthma and couldn't breathe so we left after one night we originally booked two nights; there was broken heating vent coverand pipes; looked like asbestos built up on heat pipe. No decor on walls plain white walls--reminded us of a prison. Outside appearance has rust dripping, paint chipping, wall air conditioners with lint or mold inside filters and lined on exterior pretty unhealthy--looks like no upgrades since perhaps 1970's. The fan in bathroom needs replaced when you turn it on very very loud and its attached to light switch do when you go into bath it wakes others and neighbors hear it also i was up all night from air noise in water pipes and our and neighbor bathroom fan noise ridiculously loud;
Location and price were great.
Bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
older motel but did just what we wanted. It was close enough to walk everywhere which meant no parking fees. Room was clean and comfortable although well used. Would stay again when we go back.
Attractions of Niagara Falls are well within walking distance.
Room for two people had only one table chair and doesn't have a coffee machine.
It was a corner room and just so cozy.location location,Location.
Can't think of a darn thing.
The staff was really friendly! Made us feel really welcome especially when we checked in!
We were sleeping on the floor level and could hear everybody walking by in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Also, every time someone flushed the toilet near our room, we could hear the water for a few minutes. I guess sleep quality on the top floor is much better.
not to much
carpet did not appear to be clean.
Friendly guy at reception
Lack of facilities
Within walking distance of Clifton Hill, Imax Theatre, Skylon Tower, Niagara and Fallsview Casinos , Restaurants .Very quiet area.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean..Good value for the bucks.
Bathroom needs a bit of upgrading
Room was small and run down- mold in shower, dead spiders squashed on ceiling and walls. This hotel needs a major face lift.
