Tres decues |

We did not enjoy the stay at all. The only positive was the beds were very comfortable and the ONE girl at the front desk and ONE of the east sides waitresses were excellent. |

The hotel was in walking distance the falls and casino. The accomodations were very good and reasonably priced. The doors on the rooms are quite annoying at night. They close very hard and are extremely loud. The TV could be upgraded along with the reception. |

Yes, I booked 2 rooms online, they were to have two queen beds but when we arrived the room had 2 double beds. I spoke to a lady at the front desk and was informed that the beds booked were not guaranteed. If I had know that I would have booked at another hotel. It was not as comfortable as we had hoped it would be. The guests I booked in the other room was also disappointed. |

Closness to attractions. Under construction with no prior notice and had to go thru lobby to get to pool with change room one floor below pool. Also had to switch elevators to go to change room due to location of our room. |

Excellent location - across from the new casino and 500 mts from Niagara Falls and Skylon. The air conditioning too loud that is shameful for the category of hotel. Today there are alternative systems to this type of apparatus. |

The staff were friendly and the pool was clean and warm. Our family had a great time! We also enjoyed the fact that East Side Mario's was attached to the hotel. The food and service was excellent there too. We did not like the fact that we could not check in until 4pm, in addition to the cost of valet parking of $23.00/day - not cost justifiable. |

There was a few things that I did not like about the hotel. The previous guest spilled sugar all over the counter and housekeeping did not clean it up before we checked in the room. Second, we did not have any cold water so you could not brush your teeth or take a shower as it was to hot. We were told to run the water for a while and would turn cold but never did instead we got a leak and went all over the floor. I can not believe a hotel would rent a room with all these issue and for what I paid for the room was not worth it |

Nothing. Absolutely nothing! Everything were not right! They didn't have the rooms I booked and when I got there at 11:30pm to check in, they told me they only have 1 room with 2 bed and the other room is a king size bed with a jucuzzi tub and none of these rooms have riverview. I booked 2 riverview with 2 beds. Then, they said there is cad$9.99 breakfast buffet and the next day when we were at the restaurant, the waitress told us that there is no buffet, it closed the day before. Can you image that? The staff attitute were terrible. We were standing infront of her as we learnt about the rooms, she said it was an upgrade. Make it worst, she later said "So, do you want the room?" |

It is conveniently located. The beds were nice and comfortable and the free internet access was a bonus. When we made our reservation, the website made no mention of the numerous building works going on in and around the hotel. This did cause incovenience. The room was sparsly furnished, there was insufficient space for our clothes and the bathroom was small. We did complain at the time and some of our issues were dealt with, but not all. |

I liked the size of the room and the decor. I also liked the location--close to everything. I did not like the valet parking fee--too high and took too long to bring your car. I also didn't like the lack of cable tv channels and the cost to order a movie was too high |

I did not like the fact that booking.com said the room had a view of the falls. It did not. More so, there was only hot water coming out of the cold tap, so we had no cold water in the room. We had to phone down to the front desk to ask for bottles of water so we could brush our teeth and take medication. When we complained to the manager the next day, she was not nice or helpful. She said that they would have moved us to another room but we were not prepared to move to another room at 2 in the morning. They took a mere $30 off the price of the room. We were very disappointed and are going to write a letter to management. We would definitely not go back to this hotel again. |

my favorite thing about staying at your hotel is all of the specials offers you give. The promotions like the gift certificates for shopping at the walden galleria especially. The close proximity of the mall is another plus. there was nothing i did not like about staying here |

All the staff was great! All the staff was fine - we only had to complaints, which it being over the memorial day weekend could have been the factors. Only one elevator working. Very stressfull - as we were up on the 7th floor - had to wait very long time to get elevator - also we had valet service - we were told a least a 15 minute wait - it was over 45 minutes before we got our car. |
