Fallsview Plaza Hotel

falls viewということでしたが、宿泊した11階（このホテルは１２階建）の部屋からはかろうじて滝がみえるのみでした。ただ夜の花火は部屋にいながらカナダ側、アメリカ側ともみえたので良かったです。スタッフも親切で感じが良く気持ちよく宿泊できました。このロケーションでこの価格ならリーズナブルと思います。

チェックアウト時、車をパーキングから持ってきてもらうのにあらかじめ部屋から連絡していたのにもかかわらず、ロビーでかなり待ちました。

I did not like the fact that booking.com said the room had a view of the falls. It did not. More so, there was only hot water coming out of the cold tap, so we had no cold water in the room. We had to phone down to the front desk to ask for bottles of water so we could brush our teeth and take medication. When we complained to the manager the next day, she was not nice or helpful. She said that they would have moved us to another room but we were not prepared to move to another room at 2 in the morning. They took a mere $30 off the price of the room. We were very disappointed and are going to write a letter to management. We would definitely not go back to this hotel again.

my favorite thing about staying at your hotel is all of the specials offers you give. The promotions like the gift certificates for shopping at the walden galleria especially. The close proximity of the mall is another plus.

All the staff was great!

All the staff was fine - we only had to complaints, which it being over the memorial day weekend could have been the factors. Only one elevator working. Very stressfull - as we were up on the 7th floor - had to wait very long time to get elevator - also we had valet service - we were told a least a 15 minute wait - it was over 45 minutes before we got our car.

I like the staff because they are friendly and prompt when service is needed.

The garbage can are not emptied everyday! You need to carry them yourself to some area along the hallway trash can.

We did not receive the room reserved. The room reserved was for an executive room with 2 queen beds on floors between 14 and 17, We received a room with 2 double beds on floor 5.

The breakfast Buffet in the hotel was not that good. There was not much of a selection and they offered the same thing the next day, boring.

Nearness to Falls & attractions

Unexpected "full" valet parking for $23.00. This was the only choice as there were no other places to park nearby the hotel.
