Very convienent for shopping at West Edmonton Mall. The hotel needs a facelift. It is showing its age. Strangest room layout and the most compact (smallest) bathroom I have ever had. In this day and age, there is no need to charge extra for internet services. |

We were very impressed with the Hotel. Front dest staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is so convenient for our shopping trip ...we were thrilled with the rate for the room that were we able to acquire online....we will for sure be staying again for our many trips to Edmonton. Location/convenience...great restaurant choices...all in one stop!! |

The room was clean and the staff were easy to deal with when help was needed. the price jump from Thursday to Friday. I think a jump in price of $90 is a bit much and this could determine whether or not families can afford to stay there in unstable times. |

The location was convenient because of shopping. It was great to be able to take purchases back to the room and not have to worry about carrying a coat around. |

I loved being able to do my shopping without ever going outside!! When we were getting ready for Bed we noticed a small blood stain on our sheets. It looked like perhaps a maid etc. may have gotten a small cut or something. We called the front desk and new sheets were brought. However It was kinda disturbing to us |

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were pleasant and professional. The mattress on the bed was somewhat worn. I woulod recommend the top mattress be replaced soon. |

The reason we used your hotel was due to medical appointments at Misacordia Hospital. The close proximity was fabulous and then the added fun and adventure that is offered in the mall always makes it an enjoyable trip for my son and I. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and reasonable. Thank you. |

LOcation in the Edmonton Mall makes it easy to find a restaurant for dinner without going by car. there was some contraction or renovation going on. Noisy at times. |

The jacuzzi tub and shower They failed to give us our wake up call that we specifically asked for. We had a very important buisness meeting the next day that he showed up to an hour late due to them not giving us the wake up call. Needless to say a half a million dollar account....GONE! Due to him not getting his wake up call. We were furious and left our complaints with the staff and all we got was a sorry. The hotel also had burt out lights and the toilet ran all night! |

I had a pleasant stay, iwas able to attend to business, while my wife enjoyed the shopping. the convenience of the restaurants, movie theater and all the other attractions in the mall. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. |
