Room is small and out dated... Carpet needs changing
Convenience for shopping and entertainment.
The elevator takes too long or it's not in service.
It's amazing to stay and shop and play.
Too pricey....limits how often we can go.
Booked a superior room and was upgraded
bed was a little firm
Everything is in one place. Shopping, movies, restaurants.
Close to shops Our room with 2 queen beds was a good size and nicely appointed.
Location is great being part of a very large shopping mall. Best bed I have slept in since leaving home.
The combination of the Hotel, the Mall and other things to do in the Mall.
Distance from downtown
We've stayed in various theme rooms over the years, but chose a regular room this time. However, upon check in, we were offered an upgrade for a small fee for a newly upgraded floor. It was we'll worth it. The rooms were very modern and luxurious. The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect:)
The convenience of being in a mall.
I have stayed there many times in the past with family. The hotel rooms are starting to feel dated and need to be refreshed.
The theme room was a nice treat, different from other hotels
I always like to book my stay In this hotel every time I go to the city. It's very convenient.
It's too pricey considering it's an old hotel. They should consider lowering the price.
Location, cleanliness and the excellent staff were top notch!
the slow elevators and lack of nearby disabled parking, so I paid the extra $18. for valet parking. That helped!
Staff are very friendly and helpfully.
Elevators are over utilized. They need service elevators for staff and house keeping.
The construction in the hotel caused a lot dust, I have bad allergies and I spent my time in the room coughing and having trouble breathing. When asked at checkout how the stay was, I proceeded to explain the situation in which the response from the front desk was, "Well, you can't expect us to close the hotel to renovate!" The room itself was noisy. The first night a baby crying in the next room kept waking us up. The second night somebody was banging on our door in the middle of the night. Again, an attempt was made to explain the situation at the front desk. The front desk representative just smirked and did not respond. The price paid for a family to stay is quite exorbitant. It goes without saying, that the hotel proximity to the Mall is unchallenged. However, there are many hotels in the area with better prices and would hazard a guess that there is better customer service. Based on this experience, I don't believe I would ever stay at the hotel again and will be sure to share the experience through social media and my blog.
The furniture in our room was very old and dated. While the room was large it did not feel like it should cost $308.00 per night. The horses painted on the front of each door were tacky and confusing since our room seemed to be Victorian era themed, not horse stable.
Loved the convenience of mall shopping and taking purchases up to the room.
Impossible to find parking if you leave the mall at all. Went to meet with family on south end. Came back to hotel at 3:30pm. Drive around for 40min no parking
We stated in a none themed room. It was lovely & clean & staff were helpful. Lots of places to eat. We ate at L2 which was delicious & we highly recommend.
It's was quite expensive however was a very good location.
The hospitality was great, kind and courteous staff
Polynesian room was a bit dated for the price, second night in a regular room was better.
Like the location from where I was and the cleaness of the facilitty.
Did eant to stay a second dmight and the stuff didn't try enough to make it happen . even though same room was available.
The location was convenient and the reviews were accurate.
The bed was in desperate need of replacement, the carpet was stained in multiple spots and you could hear the people in the next room.
got the room for 185. rooms usually 300. not worth 300.
shower stall had hair in it. not just a few hairs either.
Loved our bedroom with the hot tub! And loved our dinner at the L2 Grill! Not even mentioning the LOCATION! That was the best!
Need more elevators in the hotel, waiting time too long!
