It's great location to go shopping in WEM. We went to Jubilations for dinner and theatre and it was nice to just walk back to your room for the night, especially when we had a couple of drinks. The woman who checked us in was very nice and friendly.
We thought it was a bit expensive.
I was there for a leisure nite and was not impressed to the banging on my door by the housekeeping staff at 8 am not once but twice
Quick friendly check in and early! The ability to shop, eat or watch a movie without going outside! Plus breakfast buffet at hotel was very good!!
staff was awesome!
not much of a complaint but the black out drapes didn't quite blackout. I slept well though, just a note with a smile.
Big room Clean Friendly staff
No special perk or upgrade for honeymoon Room was dated, everything was in decent shape, but you could tell it was old
it was ll great
Fantastic time with family and friends
All was great
Being able to take a break from shopping/ crowds and go back to the room to recoup is definitely a bonus when staying here.
I stayed on the fifth floor in a superior queen room and first impression walking in was like an economy motel not a room" Superior" room. Comforters were old looking/ large stain size of suitcase on rug that obviously needs replacing. We didn't stay in the room a lot so I decided to not to let it ruin my 2 night stay.
For the price the attention to the little extras just isn't there. Could be cleaner. Time for a renovation.
Very comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff.
Power outlet in room was not working, just happened to be the one the coffee maker was plugged into. Dated jacuzzi tub, tiny shower.
I love that fact it's located in WEM.
Alarms going off at 5am, I walk out of the room, see a bunch of firefighters and get told to return to my room. When attempting to call any staff there was no answer. Later I asked the desk clerk what the deal was and all I got was a "Oh I guess the fire alarm went off" ...How bout a sorry we woke you up at 5am and didnt get the alarm issue fixed till 6am... All I can say is Never Again.
The hotel is beautiful and very convenient if you are into shopping.
We found a comb and mascara brush in the living area of our room. When we complained of a lack of cleanliness, we were told that there were worse things that could be complained about. He then asked if I had slipped or fell because of the comb. When I said no, he said then it is not that big of an issue. There was also an inch of dust all over the room. Very unclean and unhygienic.
Tv all hotels have less than desirable tv
We landed at this hotel for a few days of retail therapy after our arrival from the UK. We slept well and we're close enough to shops to wander backwards and forwards to the hotel
No amenities in the hotel itself...would have been nice to have had a relaxed breakfast in hotel and not the mall...
Room is small and out dated... Carpet needs changing
Convenience for shopping and entertainment.
The elevator takes too long or it's not in service.
It's amazing to stay and shop and play.
Too pricey....limits how often we can go.
Handiness to everything, mainly shopping
The same goes for every hotel in USA and Canada. They have coffee machines that you need a ticket to operate, hence we did not have a coffee or tea for 6 weeks of travel. In Australia we have Kettles to boil water and Coffee sachets like tea bags. Most of the hotels did not even have tea bags.
Booked a superior room and was upgraded
bed was a little firm
Everything is in one place. Shopping, movies, restaurants.
Close to shops Our room with 2 queen beds was a good size and nicely appointed.
The bathroom was nicely done. The beds were super comfy and the pillows as well. Air conditioning and heat were great. Valet parking is a great perk.
Got my room from bookings.com...I was led to believe I was getting a theme room, their website is misleading and I will never book with their company or anyone affiliated with them EVER again. Also the elevators are very improper. I talked to a cleaning lady and she said it was the result of a previous flood in the building. Solve the problem or at least make your guests aware of it!
Location is great being part of a very large shopping mall. Best bed I have slept in since leaving home.
