Fantasyland Hotel    

The location was key for our family. The condition of the room was updated and very clean.

I would say that the price of the hotel was on the high side. I paid the same price for a room at the Disneyland Hotel and I have to say that their customer service is second to none.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The front desk was quick to respond to our request (when we needed a playpen and cot brought to our room).

We found a few pieces of garbage from the previous guests beside the bed, which we thought should have been picked up. Also, we went to the lounge and couldn't believe that two - one ounce shots were $15.75. I guess that explains why the place was empty.

Next to the West Edmonton Mall.

Hotel is starting to show it`s age. Staff not particularly helpful. No flexibility on departure times - you have to pay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Would not go back.

Rooms need redoing, rugs badly stained. Cleaning needed someone that could see to get rid of reminants of previous guests. Beds were not the greatest and way over priced for the experience. Your shouldn't have to pay this much for a below average experience just for location.

I liked that by staying right at the mall - you never had to drive anywhere or worry about parking.

Superior room was ver comfortable the bed was almost like being at home

Excellent location for shopping and a very comfortable stay overall.

I was very unhappy to learn about varying rate pricing. We had prepaid and booked for two nights and I assumed that was the total cost. Upon checkin I was informed that the rooms may cost us more for the second night if the hotel booked up. Fortunately they didn't and there was no extra charges. Still I am hesitant to book there again.

The check in was smooth and friendly, Bell hop pleasant, room was fantastic,Check out excellent.

I loved the location, as can slip into the mall anytime with no driving and visit the attractions.

I think that the rooms could use a bit of an update, and quite expensive.

I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The aplles at the registration desk were a nice touch. There ino reason to get bored staying at the West Edmonton Mall. There is always something to do.

The room was wonderful. Loved the high ceiling and the corner room. Can't get any closer to a great shopping/dining experience.

While I loved the room, there was a hallway immediately upon entering the room which made it a little difficult to maneuver myself and all my purchases through the door...but I'm not really complaining.

Free parking and proximity to the Mall - choice of restaurants and cafes. Huge bedroom

I liked that the hotel was very close to where I needed to go to take my course. It made my morning commute very easy and quick.

Extremely Poor Internet Connection. Outdated decor. Guests smoking in hallways. Noisy Rooms. Terrible TV/cable. Extremely expensive for value. Hotel is only capitalizing on shopping location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I got to the hotel around 11:15am on Suday and by 11:40 I was checked into my room. Check in is 4pm. I liked having the mall as part of the hotel.

Ideal location. We have been shopping at WEM since it was built. First time at the hotel. Don't know why we waited this long.

Bathroom was small with very poor lighting.
