Good location close to historic downtown and restaurants.
The girls two doors down partying all night, smoking outside in their underwear. Called staff at 2:00 a.m. and problem was resolved. Parking lot a bit cramped.
Friendly staff Location good
Room smelled strongly like carpet cleaner. Bathroom could have been cleaner
Convenient and comfortable
Staff were helpful and friendly. Location good for overnight stay in this lovely little town. Facilities are "no frills" but adequate.
run down appearance
$100 bucks for an old room with full size beds.
Owner is a lovely lady and was very friendly and recommended restaurants to try out. The suite was bigger than I had imagined, and loved the mini fridge in the room so I could keep groceries and local fruit to snack on. Wonderful stay! thank you!
The staff are really friendly & great location. Although the kitchenette is dated it was clean and it was nice being able too cook our own food!
The bedding did not seem like it was clean when we arrived & it could use some updating. Made for uncomfortable sleeps. The space is a bit tight for a couple and playpen, but we made it work.
The woman at the reception was wonderfully helpful.
We were on the second floor. The stairs to reach the second floor were perilously short on the tread. Very scarey.
reasonale price decent rooms location
hard bed poor sound proofing
Front desk lady was so friendly; room smelled and was clean, modern; fridge, microwave. Convenient highway location.
Parking lot was a little cramped but plenty of adjacent spots.
Friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and clean and in an excellent location.
Anything that this hotel lacks in amenities is fully made up by Janice, the incredible woman who runs the motel. She is like one of those vacation memories that even outlasts the town... Her smile, helpful suggestions and sincere interest in our trip made us feel like we had a friend and we would always end our day chatting to her about what we saw or did. Believe me, it's hard to find people like her just anywhere.
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Snow Valley Motel. We found the room clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Ice water available in the lobby was welcome after a long hot day of riding.
My only suggestion would be to include tea bags in the coffee baskets in the rooms.
I was running behind and they waited dor me to show up
Owner catered to mtn bikers
Close to the highway Noisy crowd of street bikers during our stay Room didn't get cleaned one day, had to go get clean towels
Wooden walls give a nice atmosphere. Room is specious and well equipped.
We got the room which was closest to the highway. Road noise was high and continuous. No shower head and cleanliness was a bit sub-par.
1) long delay in receiving hot water to take shower 2) TC cable connection was disconnecting/reconnecting so unable to view TV (due to previous power outage) 3) electrical outlet for refrigerator and coffee machine going on and off (due to previous power outage)
it was clean and affordable. Friendly staff.
The interior of the suits was quaint and inviting.
I like the location, it's close to the Curry Bowl. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pet rooms only come with double beds, no queens available.
Friendliness of staff were first-class
A little run down, but OK for the price
Everything was great!
The manager was extremely friendly and gave us some good tips about local restaurants, etc. the fridge and microwave were a big bonus.
Not their fault, but the hot tub pump had frozen, but the heat in the hot tub was nice after a day of skiing.
The manager was extremely helpful and very friendly. A great option for a longer stay, we spent 9 nights here mid March.
