Couldn't fault Finlay House. Pam is an excellent hostess who keeps an immaculate house. Breakfast varied and well presented. Will go back next year. Betsy Wright, Brian Roberts from Dundee Scotland

House was beautiful Location was great Pam was wonderful, helpful, and informative

Breakfast was delicious but small portions. My husband could have ate at least double the amount of eggs, sausage, etc. And I definitely could have ate more too. Seconds were not offered.

We booked our accomodation in February as my son got married July 12th in NOTL. Our room was fabulous with an ensuite. The B&B portion is separate from the main living area so we didn't disturb anyone coming in late. The breakfast was wonderful and different for the two days. Pam was a wonderful host and made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was tastefully done and had all of the extras one would want. We will certainly go there again when we come up to NOTL for the theatre.

I really can't say that anything was wrong or needed to be better. The facilitiy is great, the breakfast was fabulous and Pam is a wonderful host.

The room was pleasant, spacious and very quiet. The breakfasts were delicious, varied (we stayed 3 nights) and there was always a muffin or loaf to take with us for the morning. With such a good start on the day we needed a very small lunch. Pam was very pleasant but wasn't over familiar. A very nice break from the faster-paced Toronto. We will definitely return next year.

The atmosphere was awesome. From the house, to the amenities, to the room, to the location, it was all great.

The food was average. One of the nice things about a B&B is the expectation of a good breakfast. The food here was just a bit better than a continental breakfast at a hotel.

Pam is a lovely lady and very welcoming. Her home is lovel.

Breakfasts were generous and tasty but not as creative as I'm used to. Like to have a clean washcloth every day.

Pam is the best hostess! She thinks of all the little touches...like bathrobes. Her breakfasts are delicious and healthful. She is a cheerful person with a great sense of humor.

It rained one day, but we had raincoats and were prepared.

Everything!!! Pam was delightful. The facilities were too notch and the location was excellent. Walking distance to all of the major venues and shops, and, eateries. Could not have been better and we have stayed at many a BNB's at Niagara on the Lake.

nice large room that is up to date, separate entrances, wonderful resources for restaurants, wineries. Host made the price adjustment that booking .com had wrong(we were overcharged)

Room could be darker for sleep. Booking.com needs to watch, thankfully we checked and realized we were overcharged.

Location to the Shaw Festival, which my daughter and I were there to see. Breakfast was delicious. Especially liked the poached pears and raspberries, and the addition of lovely Greaves jam for my toast! Hostess was very personable and genteel.

Room was a bit small for 2 people but adequate for a one-night stay. Bed didn't measure up to my Tempurpedic at home!

Pam was lovely and very personable. Her home was very neat and tidy, very clean and extremely homey and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and more than enough. The home was very quaint, quiet and just what we were looking for in our get-away.

    Nothing...everything was excellent.
