Pam was very welcoming. We appreciated her hospitality. She noticed that we are lactose intolerant and she prepared porched eggs instead of scrambled. Very attentive. I love B&b thanks to its personal connection between guests and the owner. Thank you, Pam. We had a nice stay. Maggie and Dario
Everything was great. Pam was a wonderful host and knew a lot about the area. The B&B is perfectly located to be near both the shops and theaters. Clean and comfortable.
Hostess Pam was very friendly and helpful. Other 2 couples staying at the B&B were great to talk to but we also had alot of privacy. Location was ideal as well.
Location walkable to Downtown with many shops & restaurants, good breakfast, nice interior
Turning on the heat in November would have been nice
Short, pleasant walk to downtown. Comfortable bed. Clean, well equipped bath roo. Wi Fi was excellent. Very good breakfast. Quiet area. Friendly owner.
Walk down hallway to bathroom. There was a screen between the hallway and common area. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but it was noisy.
Warm welcome. Large, comfortable bed in a well furnished bed-sitting room. Excellent breakfast. Location.
Dead flies caught in the ceiling lamp in the bathroom.
Pam is an excellent host who has made me feel warmth and Finlay is a lovely and homely place to stay. Home-cook breakfast had topped the grade. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
Everything - the warmth of the owner, Pam, was so welcoming. She could not do enough for us. Great suggestions on restaurants and sights. Breakfast was delicious with variety and quality of products. We loved it so much we has gifted a weekend to some of our friends. Also, great location, close to everything including the Theatres.
Nothing to dislike.
Park your car and leave it to explore NOTL and all it has to offer. An easy drive to Niagara Falls and the surrounding wineries.
The pillows were not to our liking.
The proximity to events was nice.
Would have liked two sets of keys.
The owner was very accomodating, friendly and welcoming. The room was fine and there was a very nice porch where we were able to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine.
Bathroom was not in the bedroom and you had to go through the breakfast room to get there...it was partly screened off but not great. We were on the ground floor and it was not very quiet because you could hear voices and the TVs from the rooms above. The breakfasts were okay but not great. Maybe we were in the wrong room.
Our host was very nice and had very good breakfast for us. It was a good location. everything was great.
Pam was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room was great, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location within Niagara on the Lake.
Very quaint. Right next to the fort(where my concert was)
Could hear the water running in the otjer rooms bathroom
This was right in the heart of everything. Shops, taverns, and the Fort George was all within a couple blocks away in reasonable walking distance. The breakfast food was delicious
Pam was a wonderful host and made us feel incredibly comfortable. We felt insulated from the rest of the house and enjoyed our stay tremendously. We will stay there again.
There is nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our entire experience.
Pam is a wonderful hostess and has done the maximum to make a guest's stay just right. The food was abundant and well prepared, the setting comfortable, and the other guests were fun, too! We have stayed at many B & B's - this one is A+!
I wish we could have stayed longer!!
Excellent location; very pleasant & friendly host; room was charming, spacious, clean
We loved the hospitality from Pam. Also love that its so clean and comfy. The location is perfect for us because we can walk everywhere.
Great place to stay with delicious breakfasts, friendly host and comfy bed. Highly recommend this B&B and NOTL.
Couldn't fault Finlay House. Pam is an excellent hostess who keeps an immaculate house. Breakfast varied and well presented. Will go back next year. Betsy Wright, Brian Roberts from Dundee Scotland
Pam was the perfect hostess. She was helpful, knowledgable and fixed an incredible breakfast each morning. I am on a gluten free diet and she had gf bread and sweets for me. Her French pressed coffee was wonderful. The house was cozy and spotless, full of brochures and books for the area. She made our first trip to Canada a perfect one!!!
Pam was a warm and caring hostess. The breakfasts were nutritious and delicious.
Everything. It is good value for the dollar. Very comfortable. Good location.
We had a great time at Finlay House. Pam, our hostess, was very helpful and gave us some great tips for our wine tour. The house is beautiful and everything is very clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone!
