It was nice for the money and had easy access to the Royal Military College using the highway. Friendly staff.

The breakfast room felt cramped the way it was set up. The hot tub made a noisy geyser in the pool when the jets were turned on.

The closeness to restaurants, and stores. The pool and hot tub.

Where you would eat breakfast,and the small bathroom, lack of attention to replenishing towel supplies in pool.

Floor was dirty. Found garbage on the floor from previous visitors. Don't think the floor was vacuumed after previous people left.

people talking loudly in the hallway throughout the night. We were waken up at least 3 times. perhaps some big signs indicating to keep your voice down are needed.

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

I couldn't get onto my internet --- probably no fault of the hotel, because others were on. The hot tub wasn't working on Sunday. Too noisy in the hallways --- other guests, like hockey parents, acted like no one else was staying there and talked loudly. The options for breakfast were not suitable for someone who is health-conscious about the food they eat.

I was pleasantly surprised usually we stay at the holiday inn but we thought we would try your hotel and we made A good choice kudos

Thought this was a lovely hotel located beside the highway. We had a car so is only a short drive into Kingston which is a lovely town. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is a cinema just down the road and some outlet shops. Breakfast was included and

Stain on comforter and sheets...decor needs update...why hotels put carpet in room? Put laminate flooring. ...easy to clean

Location , location, location. My son enjoyed your pool. Room was very clean . Enjoyed your free breakfast . I will for sure stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool and hottub. The tv had lots to choice from. Was nice to have bathrobes to use, to go down to the pool. The hours for the pool were very nice as well.

The couch was saggy. The coffee maker in our room did not work. The pool area need some serious repair, and the light fixtures need some serious cleaning. They were covered with mold and you could easily see while you were swimming.

The facilities were great for the money. I don't like to pay mega-bucks for a bed to lay my head. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome point of relaxation after a day of shopping.

Obviously the location, price, pool allthough I did not have time to enjoy it.

No shampoo in the bathroom, heathing sytem.

The room was nicer, cheaper and bigger than an average Comfort Inn (1/2 the price of Comfort Inns), and breakfast was included which was an even better value. I requested a fridge and microwave and it was provided at no extra charge. It was a great value.

There was no blow dryer.

Other than the evening desk girl all other staff was great!! Our rooms were clean, breakfast was good, lots of variety! We enjoyed our stay!!

Evening front desk girl could have been a little more friendly! As well as wore appropriate clothing!! Too revealing of a shirt to be wearing! Was aweful!! Also there could have been more towels available for the pool! And when we asked for pool towels we were told she could do nothing about it we would have to use our room towels! :-( pool area could have been a lot cleaner than it was!

This hotel exceeded our 2 star expectations. The pool area was a real treat. Having robes in the room was a bonus. The continental breakfast was enough to satisfy the family.

I enjoyed my visit. Facility was great and very friendly Staff.
