Centrally located in Penticton, friendly staff and reasonably priced for one night. On the back walkway, the windows(2) were very low security and could be easily accessed.

Too far from the city centre and not very comfortable, towels were too small. Unfortunately, it was a busy weekend in Penticton and this was literally the last room left in town.

Bathroom had storage shelves for our things. Location close to wineries of the Naramata bench. Price was great for accommodation with full kitchen. Squeaky futon.

The staff were friendly and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They acceded to all our requests and even found a power cord for my laptop when my battery was running low. The air conditioning unit was fairly old style and didn't cool the room as quickly as we would have liked, but once it was cool it was very comfortable.

The lady that runs the place was wonderful. She made us feel so at home. She had infinite patience. The place was very clean, and we appreciated that. We didn't expect maid service after only one night of a two night stay. I was perfectly capable of tidying the room myself, but it was so nice to be looked after. It was also very quiet. Even though it was full, it was very pleasant. I spent the evenings in the motel while my husband went to the square dance festival, so I could have used one softer chair. I had to alternate between laying on top of the bed and sitting in one of the hard chairs. I managed just fine. It needed a bathroom fan. Noise travelled through from the room next door (wallking around), but they weren't in there that much so it was fine.

I found the room perfect for my needs as I was participating in a road cycling event, There was lots of room and I was able to keep my bike in the room. A/c worked well as it was 32c in penticton. Owners were very accomodating. Location great for car access to city and many restaurants easily accessible on foot. I'll return next year I had a nosiy neighbour above me - sound seems to carry through the floor. On the other hand, owners would happily accomodate room changes where possible.

The motel has no ungrades to the rooms. The pool was closed-down for maintenance. The pictures on the web site were a lot better than the actual motel itself. There were no ammenities except for the outdoor pool whitch was closed. I would never stay there again. The cost was too high for what was there. To me it was a second rate motel and not very enjoyable

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was cleaned in between. We even received clean towels, which we did not expect. Even though we were staying in an older building, the soundproofing between the rooms was very good. The carpet in the bedroom and the lino in the bathroom were old, stained and smelly. New flooring would really improve the suite.

Although the motel is somewhat older it has had some updates. It was clean, the manager/owner was very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised to find a new flat screen TV. The Motel offered me good value for my overnight stay.

It was centrally located close to shopping. This hotel is inexpensive and good for those on a budget, Particularly liked the full kitchen and the BBQ facilities. Would stay there again.
