Very attractive hotel, nice beds, clean. Contrary to our specific request for quiet, our room was adjoining another room with many loud, undisciplined children starting very early in the morning. There was no soap in the room and we called for some and never received it. We requested extra pillows but did not get them. Absoltely no attention to guests whatsoever.

We loved everything. The size of the room was perfect and the beds just could not have been more comfortable. Flooring at entrance to room was lifting and made noise when walked on.

Probably THE best hotel I've stayed in. Quite impressed with all the little touches they provide to their guests! Can't think of anything bad to say here!

Some staff English pronunciation is not as crisply clear and had led to a few misunderstandings. They were pleasant though.

Great attached lounge and restaurant with good food and service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything was in good working order. Had an in-room safe, fridge and microwave. They offered an Eco friendly service that was not explained well. You got a $5.00 coupon under your door each night if you chose not to have your towels changed out and your room made up each day on multiple day stays. Well, they didn't replenish the in room coffee service or bottled water either and only had complimentey lobby coffee service until 7:00am each day. So we would not select that service again, not worth it... I'm Eco conscience but no morning coffee makes me grouchy! Lol...:) Not a deal breaker though.

The phone system didn't work to make calls or set up a wake up call. Could not even call the front desk from the room.

Good food, very nice staff. The parking was a joke. I paid $200/night, and had to park at the next hotels parking lot. No parking for guests, just event, and restraunt people. By morning the parking lots were empty. For the price I would not, recommend to another traveller.

The romantic atmosphere, it was awesome! The bar too close to the lobby where the fireplace was, noisy drunks in there!

IT WAS my birthday and we were able to have a few drinks and not even leave the facility after a long flight... the manager was great he gave us a coupon for a free appy too.... when I called 411 for directions and names they were trying to tell us to go to the sheraton on the west side of town, which would have been way out of our way if we had not realized they were giving us the wrong directions to our hotel
