    The location - Near Ottawa.

    1. Room was right besides the elevator. I could hear it going up and down, and every person walking by and talking out loud including the staff. Sleeping quickly became an issue. 2. The restaurant is not open all day long. 3. The parking is not included.

The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. When we got back to the hotel there was a cheese and fruit platter with a very nice note.

You need glass mugs and tumblers instead of disposable.

The pool had salt water in it, and little chlorine and so very pleasant. The hotel room and the hotel design were lovely. Airy spacious modern.

Line-up to check in, loud A/C unit, ice machine not working, breakfast waitress confused about prices.

liked the fact that it was so close to museums and only a short walk to the market. the staff were attentive and very helpful with all my requests for my parents room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and found my stay very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to visit the hotel again

We liked the hotel. There is a pool and a workout room but we didn't have the chance to use either. The room was nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and the climate control made the room quite comfortable. There was some noise from the hall but none from adjoining rooms. Everything was very clean and there are no pests (and I always make sure to check in depth). The location was within a 20 minute walk of the Parliment Building and the Byward market being just across the bridge in Gatineau. The view along the walk is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was more than adequate for breakfast or lunch. All in all I would rate this hotel well above average for the Ottawa area (and Ive stayed at other nice ones too). I would definitely recommend it.

I just wish I knew exactly where it was in relation to the parliament buildings. I would have picked a hotel on the other side of bridge. Our stay was excellent.

It is not too far away from city centre and tourist attractions such as Parliament.

The location and address given are a little confusing as outsiders or even bus drivers are confused as to the exact location of the hotel; the trouble starts with the name of the street that can be found on the Quebec side and Ontario side.

The shower is great. Close to the museum.

Over priced for amenities. We were not advised that there is a $15.00 per day fee to park at the hotel. Parking is very very limited on site. There is underground parking, but it is limited to small vehicles. Outside parking is usually full leaving no place for SUV or larger vehicles to park. For the price of the room there should be at least a continental breakfast inculded. It appears that management is trying to profit on all extras. I appreciate that Quebec is primarily a French speaking providence, but for tourists they should have bilingual attracation literature. The hotel building also has strange sounds at night that are not created by people. This makes it a little difficult to sleep. Our king mattress was worn out with a big hole in the middle. The next time we are in the area I will stay on the Ontario side of the river or maybe try a bed and breakfast.

    Nice showers

Paying for parking. No mention of parking till you arrive. Parking lot full and unable to get to underground parking because of vehicle size. Make the small cars park in garage. Also have brochure rack in English besides French. Also need to have a continenal breakfast included with room. It seems as if all amenities are for a cash grab. I will not return. No value here.
