Location, price. The beds were really comfortable. I also like the idea of the shower dispensers.

The hot tube was really dirty and not big enough to fit more than 2 people

We ate at the Niche restaurant and the staff was very friendly and gave us great directions. The happy hour prices (appetizers and beer) were great! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

My wife and I really enjoyed all the new hotel updates. We felt that all the updates looked really great. Nice job.

The only issue that we had was the parking. The parking lot is under construction. All cars had to enter and exit through the exit. This made it near impossible to get in and out. I had to circle the hotel 5 times before I had an opening to attempt to get into the parking. When entering another car was under the same pressure to exit the lot and nearly hit my car. We were both stuck and I had to get out of my car and get people behind me to back up so that I could back out and let the other car exit so I could enter. I felt that it was unfair for me to pay for parking when it was such i danger to park and there was no enough parking for the hotel guests. Troy smith

Location. Conveniently located close to the event I was attending.

Parking garage was a mess. Not worth the additional $20 it cost me. My car would have been safer in the street.

It's really expensive , I paid 114 and it's not include anything such as breakfast and free parking , if I stay in Delta hotel I pay the same amount and I get breakfast and free parking .i will not come back again if there is not a good offer thx

The downtown location, secure indoor parking, and nice rooms. Also great showers.

The concierge was absolutely 100% accommodating. We had an extra night during the storm and they gave us same room rate. They stored our baggage until we found out about our flight free of charge.

Hotel was under construction so there was jackhammering going on through the week. On the friday some jerks checked in that decided it was party night and even though I called down to the front desk and complained they continued to party in the corridors of my floor till 3 am.

Decent hotel; good location; underground access to adjacent facilities is handy in the winter!

Pillows are awful... bring your own!

The bed was very comfortable.

The room (6036) had the noisiest air conditioner I have ever heard. It kept waking us up. I would have liked to have seen a few more bath towels in the room.

The gym was perfect with modern equipment. The hotel is right downtown. Beds are very comfortable.

Ordered a 28$ room service breakfast and got a can of orange juice.

For breakfast/lunch and dinner you have to get off from the hotel and the door to access isalways open; therefore everybody can get in to the hotel without passing through the reception

- trop bruyant car dans la rue passent des camions qui se dirigent vers le port -la ventilation trop bruyante -le room service insuffisant -la proproté insuffisante -le prix et le nombre d étoiles ne correspondent pas aux services attendus -la piscine n est pas propre, l eau est salée et fortement chlorée - la surprise de voir le prix augmenté par rapport aux prix de notre reservation

Got food poisoning in restaurant and was hospitalized as a result. TV remote worked poorly
