Close to Budget car hire
The staff at the front desk were very courteous & always eager to assist with whatever we needed. One of the most pleasant staff I have met during our various travels. The cleaning personnel had the same qualities.
Front desk clerks were very helpful & eady to answer all of our questions
Everything was great and I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed and loved the comfortable chair and foot stool'
Very comfortable beds and clean room.
Very clean and staff very friendly also in a great location.
We were on the first floor which connects to the conference center. Very noisy from street noise as well as patrons passing by room to get to conference center, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a higher floor.
the location comfortable room good staff
had to pay for parking
Location was great! Location was clean
VERY noisy room. Asked for "muffler" for bathroom fan and it never came. Didn't sleep for two nights
After travelling the East Coast and camping most of the way we had decided to book at the Sheraton to our visit to downtown Halifax. Great location. Close to the harbour and attractions. The beds were very comfortable, just like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Later evening some entrances locked
Staff was awesome. Rooms spacious n comfortable. WIFI reliable.
The restaurant/lounge are a walk into the attached mall. The rewards program is a pain. Discount dollars have to be spent IN the restaurant and can't be applied to room service even though its the same kitchen ... that just doesn't make sense.
The location and staff were extremely efficient, attentive and very courteous. The get together on Wednesday evening and very warm welcome by Jodie, GM was brilliant.
Nothing to complain about.
Clean rooms and comfortable
Paying for parking, passing what we paid for the room should have included breakfast and parking. No concierge on duty while we were there.
Comfortable beds Quiet
iPad connection good but poor connection laptop
Parking. Front desk staff was distracted and gave poor directions about parking.
there nothing to like
the room n very clean room like it
Well located close to waterfront and centre. Hotel with good modern facilities. Staff very helpful, and responsive to requests.
Charge for parking pretty high at over $20 per day (inc. tax). Price of airport shuttle - use the service bus, it's a fraction of the price. Had to ask for a kettle, and for replacement tea and decaff coffee.
I liked the cleanliness and the location. It's close to the waterfront and right downtown.
I didn't like the restaurant Niche for breakfast. It smelled like old beer and the food was uninspired.
Recently moving daughter to University in Halifax and hotel location and amenities are great plus I booked at a good rate. Thanks
no separate shower
It was hard to empty the bath. The turning knob did not function.
Room, comfort, quiet and centrally located.
Location was great; facilities were good. Desk staff were helpful.
Room smelled like stale feet and we could not open windows to air it out. We put the "do not need clean towels" sign out and this seemed to signal to the cleaning staff that we did not need the garbage emptied either - a bit annoying. We also were given only two paper cups for coffee and no glasses for the bathroom - for two days. Also, no additional toilet paper. However, when I phoned the desk to ask for glasses and TP someone responded immediately.
One night of noise
