Hello, we had a bad experience staying at the Four Points Sheraton. We arrived March March 27 and we planned to stay for 1 night. We arrived at the Toronto airport at 10:30PM, we called the Sheraton and asked where we should go for the pickup shuttle to the hotel. We were told to go to a section where the shuttle was supposed to pick us up. We waited 45 minutes and we saw the Hlton shuttle, the Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn and every other shuttle go by. Meanwhile we are freezing outside and very hungry. When it was 11:15PM, we gave up waiting and we took a cab to the hotel. The cab cost $25 because the minimum charge was $20 no matter the distance of the hotel. Of course the distance was not far and we ended up paying $25. When we arrived at the front desk we asked why no shuttle arrived. The attending manager was not friendly and angrlily said that he sent one 5 minutes ago and that it is our problem that we took a cab. We said that we were waiting for 45 minutes and no shuttle came. the acting manager said that it was not his problem, there was a shuttle at the airport now and he did not want to pay our cab fare. He was very rude and belligerant. He stormed away and was not proffessional at all. Thankfully there was a helpful lad who did refund our money but the experience has made us wary to stay at any sheratons in the future. if you have to fight and argue over a $25 bill at an establishment that you plan to have dinner, breakfast, lunch and a nights stay at - then it is better to stay somewhere else where there are more professional managers on staff. I hope you will investigate this matter and ensure that you have more corteous staff, because i am sure that i am not the only one who had a bad experience with the night staff.

I was simply overnighting and needed a hotel to sleep at before continuing my trip the following morning. I would like to know that there was a cheaper room available for this sort of traveller. It's just that $90 seems rather expensive for a person who just wants a shower and to sleep for 5 or 6 hours. They did not have my reservation on the books however they explained that the reservation should have been sent to them by the online booking agency. However, there was no problem to get a room.

Cleanliness of the room Shuttle never showed up to collect me at the airport and I had to pay a taxi $22.00. No information on the reservation confirmation as to where to find the shuttle and even a telephone call to the hotel provided the wrong information. Items provided in the bathroom were sparse

Unfortunately this was the most terrible part of my trip. Travelling across North America for 8 weeks on business I like to be well organised and prepared. Nothing could have prepared me for the 1hour and 20 minute wait for the shuttle to this hotel while all other hotel shuttles were into the Airport, out and back within 20 minutes. The Hotel staff were friendly and polite but very unhelpful. I arrived 5 minutes after food service due to the delay of the Hotel Shuttle, I had been travelling since the night before with no lunch and dinner and it was now just after 9pm. They wouldn't even help me order food in or find food let alone make a sandwich. I had a bag of crisps and a complimentary bag of nuts along with a diet coke to wash it down!!! The Hotel was clean and fairly comfortable, but thank heavens I was only here on a one night Airport stop over!!!

Friendly Staff, Clean and attractive room. We liked that it was close to the airport. Very nice facility. Everything in the room was nice, we found all of our needs met and were appreciative of the free internet service. We had to wait a very long time at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. It was supposed to come every 1/2 hour but we waited at least 45 min. We found that the heating system in the room was very loud and kept us awake. We also found the restaurant very expensive.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The proximity to both the airport and the International Centre is great. The restaurant prices were high, so I chose not to eat there, but access to other options is limited due to the hotel's location in the industrial area.

Reception staff were outstanding. One of the breakfast waiters was particularly surly, unhelpful, clearly didn't enjoy his job and smelt badly of tobacco and boby odour. We ate out after our first morning and first experience of him.

- confusing naming on booking.com 3 sharatons around the airport - wifi is free but did not work on the 7th floor - liliput bathroom, not even room for 2 - too short bed - no frigerator on the room - expensive compared to the sharaton on the terminal - expensive additional parking

Fred from the Philippines is very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the Canada and he is very concern about my questions and he do an excellent job as a front desk officer. Rooms are in excellent condition Very near to the airport Free shuttle Sauna and the swimmingpool It takes very long for the shuttle bus to pick me up. I emailed 4 points actually thanking them for the shuttle but there was no response From them what will I do once I arrive, like pls. Call 4 points once you arrive. It's my 1st. Time so I don't know the rules. I admit I also have my faults but above all it's an amazing experience staying at your hotel.

It was just an overnight stay to catch a flight. Had no time to do anything other than eat/sleep/watch tv. The tv was old. It was out dated and the screen was flashing a bit, so it needs an update. Some of the same drinks were sold out on all the floors. Should be checked on more frequently.

Location of hotel, value for rate charged, cleanliness and comfort of room, inclusion of internet, and all room associated people were very good with service The food facility is atrocious for service, and food quality on every occasion I have been there is very low. I will not use that part of the hotel again, neither for room service or in the restaurant unless it undergoes major management and staffing changes. I left my thoughts with the front desk.
