Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport  

It was clean

Very old motel, needs updates. Stains on walls, furniture old, beds were ok to sleep in. Expected more comfortable beds as it was a Sheraton.

Very efficient and very relaxing. From the room to the dining room the service as perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice clean rooms, kids enjoyed the pool. breakfast was ok. Service was great.

only negative is that the hotel charges to park, I can understand if you want to leave your car for a trip but when we are staying 2 nights parking should be included. This will be a factor in choosing our next hotel.

The staff was most accomodating. We got a late checkout that was so appreciated because we had a long flight layover. Breakfast, which was included in our reservation was fantastic. Dining room staff were also very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The shuttle staff were right on time to pick us up from the airport, we did not have to wait 45 minutes as we did with our last booking with a different hotel. They were courteous and dependable. The price we paid for the room and breakfast was great and everything was wonderful. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport.

Excessive wait for shuttle from airport. Noisy room (elevator, hvac loud) Bar closed at 11.

The internet is on a timer [only for 10 min.} Therefore I could not ckeck all my emails and loss my survey because I was cut off too soon. I was only there from 3.00 am to 10.00 am

Featureless modern box but don't let that put you off. It's very adequate.

Fred from the Philippines is very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the Canada and he is very concern about my questions and he do an excellent job as a front desk officer. Rooms are in excellent condition Very near to the airport Free shuttle Sauna and the swimmingpool

It takes very long for the shuttle bus to pick me up. I emailed 4 points actually thanking them for the shuttle but there was no response From them what will I do once I arrive, like pls. Call 4 points once you arrive. It's my 1st. Time so I don't know the rules. I admit I also have my faults but above all it's an amazing experience staying at your hotel.

The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom did not have any toiletries, the air conditioning system was very loud.
