I really liked the location - 4 minutes away from YYZ. This is why I chose this hotel.
With the location comes the negative part - the hotel is some worn. Also a small pass to the bathroom, like a squeeze in.
Good choice if you need to be close to Pearson, with airport shuttle service. Room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary wifi; facilities and food were very good
Closeness to airport with shuttle every 30 mins. Able to leave vehicle on site while away.
Unable to set room temp without unit cycling on every 3 mins.
The staff were great on check in. As we were very late to check in and they knew we needed to be up very early, they ensured we had a room on a quiet floor. The room was small but very clean and comfortable.
The room is in good condition and very clean. One of the front desk staff was warm and welcoming; the other was abrupt.
The shuitle service is BAD. Long wait at sirport - not sure if/ when it would come. No heated waiting area. Called hotel, they said it took take half hour before it came - unacceptable after a long day of travel! On way back to airport had to beg/ plead to get on shuttle - only holds 5 passengers (larger one in an accident - not in service). Not sure if next one would come in time to get me to my flight. It leaves hotel only every half hour, even with 20 people waiting and not enough room for everyone. Hotel pub food also BAD. Canned/ processed salsa and No veggies on vegetarian nacho option. Processed bright green cake mate gel drizzled over the mango cheesecake - yuk!
Close to airport. No complaints. It was all good. It was a very brief check in- check out for my connecting flights.
Airport shuttle too small. Could be waiting for long time to be picked up depending on time of arrival
Location was good, the room was comfortable.
Their airport shuttle was in the garage for repairs so they replaced it with a mini van which was totally inadequate.
Service n helpfull people
this is a great place to stay overnight on a trip through Toronto. Friendly, clean and the restaurant is good so whats not to like.
when i walked in to the room it smelt good!
Very close to the airport and the convention centre
gym was difficult to find and had minimal equipment
The pool has a health club with showers and things avaliable in case u forgot anything!!!!
The 2am fire alarm- kids were smoking pot and set it off:( Than was woken to the cleaning lady banging on my door at 8:30 am......Not a great sleep.....
The hotel is clean, very close to the airport.
There was so much noise in the hallways and from the adjoining room that I didn't sleep all night. The pillows are too hard; hurt my neck.
Staff could not find our booking, but we had to contact Booking .com, at considerable cost, principally because the hotel staff did not answer the telephone. After a long flight the reception was extremely poor--never again.! Geoff.W.Fagan.
long ride from hotel to airport - takes 10 minutes. shuttle bus departs every 30 minutes, not frequent enough.
It was not possible to cancel the reservation. The amount was directly taken from the credit card one the booking was done via booking.com with no possibillity to change the booking. This is especially problematic for business trips where travel schedules may change.
Bathroom bit small
room wasn't available even though it was paid for up front staff was rude hotel smelled bad tried to give us a king bed room for four people and said we were being unreasonable when we said that didn't work
Helpful, friendly staff. Proximity to airport.
Facility is a bit tired. Also, routine maintenance on the guest floors was a bit lacking. The hall carpets needed vacuuming and there was an empty wine bottle on the floor next to our room when we checked in which was still there the next morning.
Good staff Nice rooms Free WiFi (if it's not free I don't book the hotel)
Although I booked two triple rooms through booking.com when we arrived only two doubles were reserved, and they don't have pullout. The staff did their best but it took a long time to sort out
I like that I could just walk less than 5 minutes to the airport.
1- The hotel staff (in all cadres & capacities) were very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly; 2- The hotel was clean & comfortable; 3- The quality & variety of the food, as well as the service, in the hotel's dining room were of a high & pleasing standard. Well done!
1- Although the hotel staff were excellent, there were not enough of them at the reception desks, often resulting in unacceptably long waiting times in the line to be attended to by a reception staff member (when there were many guests there, that is). Adding one or two such staff members to the existing number would make all the difference; 2- The moment you enter the hotel, the entire lobby and surrounding areas smell strongly of chlorine from the indoor swimming pool (which is overlooked by part of the lobby through large glass panels). The overall effect is that one feels like one has entered a sports gym or public swimming pool, not a hotel; 3- Some guests (or visiting friends of guests... not sure) would sit extensively on the sofas in the lobby just opposite the reception desks, socialise & generally loiter around (standing & walking around the lobby area) & talk, shout, laugh, joke & gesture very loudly and crudely indeed & often in a manner that was totally unseemly, disorderly & lacking in acceptable social decorum & finesse - and to a first-time visitor to the hotel - this unruly conduct (literally verging on hooliganism) can frankly feel very intimidating & certainly generates the perception that this is a badly managed & 'very low-end' hotel that might not be all that safe! Shockingly, this charade took place over a prolonged period of time on the evening that I checked in & there appeared to be no one from the upper/senior management or hotel security to kindly ask the offenders to keep a low & poised tone & to refrain from loitering in the lobby in the undignified manner in which they were doing. Most shocking & a major 'negative point' against an otherwise decent hotel. Pity! I hope this gets rectified soon with sterner 'house rules' enforceable by security officers on duty 24/7.
I enjoyed staying the night at Four points, it is comfortable very clean, calm. Every time I will visit Toronto I will stay in the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton.
Check in lady was extremely friendly and welcoming as we had just arrived from Australia and were extremely tired. Man in bar who organised a beautiful pizza and drinks for us was also extremely hospitable. Fantastic staff.
Early check-in and late check-out was possible and greatly appreciated
Would have liked the parking to be included for free since we were staying 2 nights
