Bathroom bit small
room wasn't available even though it was paid for up front staff was rude hotel smelled bad tried to give us a king bed room for four people and said we were being unreasonable when we said that didn't work
Helpful, friendly staff. Proximity to airport.
Facility is a bit tired. Also, routine maintenance on the guest floors was a bit lacking. The hall carpets needed vacuuming and there was an empty wine bottle on the floor next to our room when we checked in which was still there the next morning.
I like that I could just walk less than 5 minutes to the airport.
1- The hotel staff (in all cadres & capacities) were very professional, courteous, helpful and friendly; 2- The hotel was clean & comfortable; 3- The quality & variety of the food, as well as the service, in the hotel's dining room were of a high & pleasing standard. Well done!
1- Although the hotel staff were excellent, there were not enough of them at the reception desks, often resulting in unacceptably long waiting times in the line to be attended to by a reception staff member (when there were many guests there, that is). Adding one or two such staff members to the existing number would make all the difference; 2- The moment you enter the hotel, the entire lobby and surrounding areas smell strongly of chlorine from the indoor swimming pool (which is overlooked by part of the lobby through large glass panels). The overall effect is that one feels like one has entered a sports gym or public swimming pool, not a hotel; 3- Some guests (or visiting friends of guests... not sure) would sit extensively on the sofas in the lobby just opposite the reception desks, socialise & generally loiter around (standing & walking around the lobby area) & talk, shout, laugh, joke & gesture very loudly and crudely indeed & often in a manner that was totally unseemly, disorderly & lacking in acceptable social decorum & finesse - and to a first-time visitor to the hotel - this unruly conduct (literally verging on hooliganism) can frankly feel very intimidating & certainly generates the perception that this is a badly managed & 'very low-end' hotel that might not be all that safe! Shockingly, this charade took place over a prolonged period of time on the evening that I checked in & there appeared to be no one from the upper/senior management or hotel security to kindly ask the offenders to keep a low & poised tone & to refrain from loitering in the lobby in the undignified manner in which they were doing. Most shocking & a major 'negative point' against an otherwise decent hotel. Pity! I hope this gets rectified soon with sterner 'house rules' enforceable by security officers on duty 24/7.
I enjoyed staying the night at Four points, it is comfortable very clean, calm. Every time I will visit Toronto I will stay in the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton.
Check in lady was extremely friendly and welcoming as we had just arrived from Australia and were extremely tired. Man in bar who organised a beautiful pizza and drinks for us was also extremely hospitable. Fantastic staff.
Early check-in and late check-out was possible and greatly appreciated
Would have liked the parking to be included for free since we were staying 2 nights
Location excellent. Hotel is modern and everything you need. Bed coverings are very squishy and comfortable.
A group of under 20's where on our floor and up all night with crazy behaviour. Staff tried to control them with only some success.
When checking out your desk manager did not charge us for the room Breakfast was promptly delivered and was delicious
Took an hour after 2 calls one via Australia to get shuttle pick up at the airport The phone didn't work and wasn't replaced after 2 promises to do so immediately Room service didn't answer the phone after 2 tries, I had to go down to the restaurant to order Only one tea bag supplied for 2 people
room was ok - bathroom good, bed comfortable lisa rupchand (reception) very helpful
tv controller didn't work properly general musty smell drab, uninteresting, in part shabby evening meal at best could be described as average only one tea bag in room
Close to the airport Good value for the price Beds were comfortable Staff were efficient and pleasant.
Lovely quiet room.
They could not find my reservation even though I had my booking.com confirmation. They said they were fully booked and not able to give me a room!!!! Eventually they found the booking, but my surname and forename had been reversed.
Staff at check in and check out was quick and helpful, even offering to print my boarding pass. Service in bar was great. Place was very clean and room was spacious. Shuttle to Pearson was efficient and helpful.
Alarm in room went off at 4:40am resulting in no sleep after that. When we were checking out the general fire alarm sounded for no apparent reason and no one seemed to know what to do.
Bar area food was good
Wifi didn't work well Fire alarm went off Service at the bar was not the best Location is terrible, there is absolutely nothing around The bathroom is too small
Swimming pool was out of service...:( sometimes it happens
Loved how close to the airport the hotel is. Staff was friendly.
Too noisy could hear all the street traffic and the rooms next to us. Did not like the bedding. For the price I paid I expected more
Location was excellent and easily reached - walked to airport terminal
"Farah" was fantastic !!!
Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Can upgrade from continental to cooked for 5.75
Avoid coffee in the room
Close to airport. Only took 10 minutes to get from hotel to airport. Had a great driver from the hotel to the airport. Only stay here if you need quick access to the airport
Since it's close to the airport you can't open the windows (noisy and smelly). Loud vent in room. Kept coming on at night. Took more than 30 minutes for hotel pick-up to fetch us from airport. With a young child, it was not good to stand waiting until 11.30 pm.
I arrived after midnight and the staff at the front desk were very helpful
Bed is good.
I have hair in my food, and lips in my cup
The internet access was so important after a long fight. Everyone was so friendly including the taxi driver who gave me a mini commentary about Toronto in my onward journey. Would highly recommend the hotel.
