Location is very nice if waiting for connection on the next day. For 175CAD they should include at least small breakfast. Croissants with cofee would be great. |

I was over billed and had to have corrected,smelled smoke in room but was supposed to be non-smoking,no cold water in tap without a very loud noise.I will not stay there again or recommend to others. |

Walking distance to Continental Airlines. Pool and gym are substantial. Staff is eager to please. Dishes left outside guest rooms need to be picked up more frequently. |

I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi system and the huge beds. The toilet's shampoo and body wash were insufficient and the quality were awful. |

The staff were great and accomodating. The fan that heated the room was incredibly loud, and kept waking my wife and I all night...we had to get extra blankets the 2nd night and turned off the heat in order to sleep. The television was of ridiculously poor quality, with a warped screen. Shower was terrible. |

I only stayed for one night and arrived around 9:00 p.m. and therefore didn't see much of the hotel except for the lobby and my room, but I was very satisfied with customer service from front desk and room service staff, and the bed was extremely comfortable. |
