Nice hotel with spacious rooms Because we had two children under 19, we had to eat outside on the patio. It was a nice location, but we had to wait for the food extremely long. It was very cold, the heaters on the terrace did not work, and the food tasted like nothing. In the morning we could have breakfast in the bar, wich was not allowed that night before, so it was difficult for us to understand. The bathroom could use some renovation. We also expected the hotel in Victoria, but we had to drive 15 kilometers to get there. We thought it was an expensive hotel, for what you get.

Nice and close easy access yet just far enough away from the main areas to make it affordable I do understand that it was new years day and everyone needs time off, but seriously having the kitchen closed and no breakfast in the morning. Maybe I shouldn't have assumed they would be closed but I was really disappointed. When I asked about it I was told it was because staff was up up till 4 the night before. And needed some time off. I'm sure that this is not a regular ocorance but it was still a let down. I was staying there just for new years and not having that option cheepened the whole experience. I just wanted my girlfriend and I to be spoiled for the night. Hence staying at a hotel that was only blocks from my house. I hope my review helps, cheers! Jon Emerson.

Security device on door was broken and blinds would not open-it took four and one half hours to be repaired. The room faced the costco warehouse which starts operatioss at four thirty A.M.

Staff and location Staff should check rooms before guest check in. I had no chair for the desk and there was no one to bring a chair to the room. I had to go to the front desk and get on myself. Not what you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel.

We only stayed for 1 night and we attended a wedding for most of the time, so unfortunately we actually didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel, but we liked our room and the check in/out was fast:) I didn't like that when I arrived I was given a room with two double beds, when I had booked online and had that option but picked to have a king size bed, that was disappointing.

Servizi wi-fi gratuiti, cordialità personale Servizi scarsi (es. Ristorazione, a tarda sera che in Canada equivale alle 21.00 è stato impossibile mangiare in albergo. Unica possibilità uscire con la macchina per andare da Boston Pizza). Posizione non centrale ma comoda lo stesso per arrivare in centro
