Nice hotel about 15 minutes drive from downtown. New interior, good beds, plenty of parking space, good value for money. Better then the usual 3-star hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights (it is a good base point to visit Victoria and Sooke areas) Breakfast was not great |

The stay was in a good location between the city and country at a reasonable price. On the third day of our four day stay the room was not cleaned. Even after reqesting the room to be cleaned as we went out for dinner it was not done when we returned. On day one of our stay we requested someone fix the room fridge. On day 3 after 3 requests it was finally fixed. Also the on demand movies were not working and we needed to get this taken off our bill. Seems like employees need training on responding to customer needs. |

Your restaurant staff for our breakfast and evening meals were great, parking was easy and the location was perfect. pillows are noy up to snuff should have at least two per person, no wtaer pressure on fourth floor, did not replace cream or water used in room. |

I loved the room. It was beyond my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very spa like. Yes, there was a noisy crane that came to do some work outside early in the morning. Also, the pool was shut down for repairs. The hotel was too far out of downtown Victoria area and not at all close to the airport. I also had booked our room on booking.com and the hotel had no record of the reservation when we arrived. |
