男性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。予約表が手元にあるにも関わらず「予約はない」と言われ、支払いも既にカ- ードで済ませていたのに「受け取っていないので支払ってもらうしかない」との一点張りでした。スムーズに旅- をしたいなら利用しないほうが無難です。 空港から若干遠いです。タクシーで＄３０（深夜）くらいでした。そして対応が悪かったので始めからすごく嫌- な気分になりました。ダブルで支払いがないように女性のマネージャーが対応してくれるとのことでしたが、結- 局、カードからダブルで引き落とされていました。最悪です。 |

Comfort Yes there was, advertsing a free shuttle that's not available when requested is a piss off, I could have stayed somewhere else. Had to pay $30 for cab @ 1:30am. Check-in was slow, had to start from scratch because of the late arrival which was noted in my reservation. Not Impressed, staff offered free juice and water to compensate for missing the shuttle which doesn't cover $30 on an already expensive trip. Want my cab money back. Kept receipt from cab, will not stay here agian unless reimbursed. My review will warn people of the lack of service given when you have spent a whole day travelling. |

I stayed at this hotel on an overnight back from Miami in January, 2009. The room was smaller than expected, the facilities old a bit run down. The bed a queen size, and it was comfortable. The room wasn't sound proof, however, and we heard the neighbors all night long. I was expecting a larger room with newer amenities for the price paid. Also, I expected more from a Sheraton. |
