Excellent room. Felt spoilt using the ski concierge. Guest services always happy to help. Close to whistler village for a gentle stroll.
Room was a little too close to the lift (621). Vegetarians could be better catered for & I could never work out when the coffee shop was open!
Great staff. Personable and professional.
Courtyard was noisy with kids at 11pm.
The staff and service were excellent. The ski concierge was also very good. The location was ideal.
The bar/lounge area was not as good as expected. The bar at the Fairmont was much better. More open, relaxed and better atmosphere. But the staff at Four seasons were far superior.
Great staff, great accommodations. Great experience overall.
Don't even need a taxi. They drove us around.
Pretty much everything . This was are 5th or 6th stay at this property . Has always been great .
In-room dinning good was so good, grill was closed. we ordered steak and seafood chowder which is not on the late night menu. They still made it and taste so delicious.
Effortless check in. Took care of the car, took care of the luggage and checking in only took about a minute. The staff were great as well as the amenities, games room, gym, pool, spa and the 2 restaurants downstairs. The lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. Also liked how house keeping was twice a day. Shuttle/ Hotel car also available.
No remote control for the air conditioner. With our layout of the room we couldn't see the tv while we were laying on the bed, or from the sofa chair. There was a group of people (30 or so persons) heading out to a party and were waiting for the hotel shuttle that were really loud, but the hotel staff got them to quiet down. Inconvenient to take two different elevators to get to the pool/spa/gym from our 7th floor room. The bedside light switch was far behind the bed side table and was difficult to reach. Slow wifi.. really slow.
Room was beautiful Staff were wonderful Restaurants and room service both excellent Activities were fun and well organized Gym was great Spa and pool were excellent
My stay was awesoom!!!Four seasons is the best!really recommend everyone who's ever in Whistler:)
That we couldn't stay longer!
This was our 2nd time at four seasons in whistler, overall great experience love the rooms, spa, food, service! Won't stay anywhere else!
I wish I had known that if I was a bc resident I would receive 10%off as well as comp parking, I booked through booking.com and didn't receive it.
The team working there were very attentive, the rooms were so elegant and large, and it was so peaceful.
Everything was great. Beautiful time of the year to visit.
Nothing it was great.
The service team is excellent. They will do what they can to make your stay comfortable. "Absolutely" is their usual response. This time i asked for the lounge chairs to come out of storage so we could lounge by the pool in the warm sunshine they though "what an excellent idea, we will look into that for your" and they made it happen.
The Wifi is not good. I had to do some work here and it involved file transfers. It was like dial up. Really not okay in 2014.
The layout and size of the room.
Lack of breakfast option on the deal we chose.
Absolutely everything - really luxurious. Our room turned out to be a huge suite which was very roomy and comfortable, an enormous bed, dressing room, enormous bathroom, hall and bureau. Lovely big TV and gas fire so very very welcoming. Staff amazing, took all our luggage and bits & pieces from the car and everything was hung up for us - and we are NOT film stars expecting that sort of service !!! A wonderful end to our Alaskan adventure.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.
Loved the service at the hotel. I had requested adjoining rooms, both with balconies. Boy, did they deliver. We each had birthday cupcakes in the rooms, as well. I loved that you could open the door onto the balcony at night and feel the breeze. I couldn't ask for a better vacation.
Friendly staff, well appointed rooms and nice bar / lounge area
Cramped gym (too many machines), soft bed, hi speed wifi should be free for everybody at the price
The staff are outstanding, love the location close to lost lake and Valley Trails. We enjoyed the spa, the pool, the restaurant. The solo act on the Friday night at Side Cut was exceptionally good. "Greg Neufeld" - what a talent. Amazing for a hotel venue. Our dogs were made to feel most welcome. Their own beds, bowls and treats - and towels to drive off after their swims at the front entrance.
The wifi is limited to only two devices per room. But very happy that it is free.
This was the first time that we have stayed at a Four Seasons Resort, but we had heard a lot of good things so we decided to try it. Wonderful !!
Facilities and staff
- Exhorbitant 39cad perday charge for parking - WIFI only valid for 2 units. 20 CAD per day if you want more - no treats or flowers during night service - bottled water sold in room for 3 CAD which you can find for 1 CAD in the village, You just get the impression you are being ripped off all the time. Not worthy of a 5 star hotel!
Young families not typical of this hotel. Valet parking ridiculously priced
The pool, bell desk, lounge and side cut staff were all amazing! We had a great weekend!
too far to village
