This was the first time that we have stayed at a Four Seasons Resort, but we had heard a lot of good things so we decided to try it. Wonderful !!
Young families not typical of this hotel. Valet parking ridiculously priced
The pool, bell desk, lounge and side cut staff were all amazing! We had a great weekend!
Staff are so friendly and down to earth !
TOP - after 6 days in the Rockies and through the Cariboo, it was great to relax in this superb hotel, great pool & cocktails, great rooms, great food
breakfast was rather chaotic experience
Really great staff, they did everything for you and super helpful without being annoying. We had bikes with us and they store them and bring them out when you need them. Loved the free wine tastings and one night they had a big barbeque with live music which was delicious. Best laid out bathroom ever - tons of room (king room) and lots of little extras.
Lobby a bit congested but there is lots of public areas downstairs and outside. Room a bit dark but really lovely.
All interactions with the staff was great from check-in to check-out. Greeted getting out of the car - front desk knew and was ready to check up in very quickly.
Special request from Booking.com did not seem to make it to hotel (staff at hotel adjusted very quickly so was not an issue.
It was amazing. The facilities are excellent & the staff extremely polite, friendly and cooperative. Arranged drop offs & pickups from the village. The person at the bell desk even loaded our bags in our car, packing a seemingly impossible number of bags. Before we drove off he gave us bottles of cold water. Greatly appreciated.
Amazing hotel, nice pool. Great time
Cost of food and drinks is a bit overpriced but expected for the quality and high end nature of the resort
Setting, large well appointed room, dressing room and large bathroom. Corner room was very quiet except for sound of heels on hard floor of room above.. Lovely spa with experienced staff. Great concierge.
Expensive to,park on site. Could do with a quick cafe for casual eating.
Everything. Delicious food in Sidecut restaurant. Beautiful room.
Facility and staff were exceptional.Derrick (front desk) went out of his way to make our stay outstanding. Valet guys were terrific!
Dinner at Sidecuts was less than expected.Filet was tasteless and presentation lacking (6 oz. steak in middle of large plate with nothing else not even a garnish!)
Huge rooms, unbelievable staff. Highly recommend.
Drinks and food are exceptionally expensive.
Gorgeous rooms, common areas, landscaping, restaurants and pool. However, the 'piece de resistance' is the staff. Each and every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. But, what I found unique about the staff was that they all seemed very genuine in their friendliness and desire to assist. Obviously, this company has something figured out that others don't. I was particularly impressed with Arna from Melbourne. She went above and beyond in service and hospitality. She explained how she loves working at Four Seasons and admires the company and owner whom she was thrilled to meet. She also admires her direct bosses and works hard because of her dedication to them all. Wow! It's so rare to hear this kind of story. I would never stay anywhere else!
They only said "no" once. Accommodated our two dogs Rooms were huge Great View Complimentary car service, no need to cab Beautiful hotel Great people!
Only method to pay for my stay was credit card. The gentlemen at the front desk was convinced that I couldn't pay with my debit card after I forgot my credit card in Vancouver. Had to pay for everything with cash :( They need to change this.
We were so impressed by our reception at the hotel. We received a chilled bottled of wine with strawberries, chocolate and caramel sauce in our room with a card congratulating us on our 5th year of marriage. From there we continued to be impressed by the spa and pool as we took in a couples massage and later lounged by the pool. Even the bathroom products were loccitaine!! Every detail was taken care of, we didn't need to leave the resort for anything. Although, the village is just a stroll away... Set back enough that our stay was peaceful and relaxing.
Honestly , I loved everything about our stay... Best hotel experience I have ever had.
The staff were great. The room was super. The place was spotless.
The customer service was exceptional! It felt like a true holiday even if it was only 2 hours away from home.
I thought it was a bad service to charge more for a faster connection of WI-FI. The default service is very slow and supports only two devices per room. in this IT era, this is like charging for running water separately!
This was an incredibly nice hotel and our room was as good or better than any we have ever had. I highly recommend it.
Everthying was top of the line far exceeding our expectations we were extremely pleased with our visit and will definatley be back soon!
There wasn't anything to dislike everything was perfect!
Hospitality, courtesy and helpfulness of staff. Free courtesy shuttle driver to and from any local destination around Whistler so didn't have to retrieve our car and find parking or walk too far. Excellent facility and amenities.
Children playing foosball in courtyard outside our window until after 11pm.
The service was excellent from all the staff - as expected from a Four Seasons. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Children a bit "out of control" in the bar/restaurant area during evening music and cocktail hours made it difficult to relax. Valet area was very backed up and slow to bring cars around - caused quite a bottle neck/stress point for those trying to depart on time. Wi-fi a bit challenging to login for some. (My connection was fine, my husband could not connect).
