Great staff, very helpful when we got parked in in parking lot. Nice to walk,run from. Left a bottle of wine in our room for our anniversary.

The breakfast good have been better we are gluten free vegetarians and not much choice, very processed food. Our room was a bit small no real place to put any gear, boots and such

The Hot Springs in the middle of the Hotel.... The Free Breakfast the next morning was a perfect addition to the price. But please don't raise the price of a Queen room,..it'll be too much then..we want to come back and are under budget restraints right?

The bed..I think it was the topper, but it was a bit soft for my liking and hurt the back a bit. Next time, Im taking it off.

Hot tub was a little too hot at times! Perfect when the weather turned a little colder.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and moved us to a new room when we felt the first one was too dark for a full week stay. The hot tun was wonderful but a bit too hot to spend much time there. Free underground parking is a great plus and the hotel is well located for local shops and restaurants. I would certainly stay here again, we had a great holiday.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed but the topper on the bed was so soft I almost disappeared and had a bad back after a week and the pillows were compressed by the cleaners and forced into pillow cases made into half the normal size. After a few uncomfortable nights sleep on high pillows, and all 5 of us had a bad time, we worked out that we could undo the pillow cases and fluff out the pillows to normal size. The kitchen was well appointed but needed a stove top if it was really to be of much use.

Always our favorite place to stay. The grotto is especially our favorite and the rooms are exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, great bar, nice hot tub, good value. Good beers on tap. Good hotel for families but I also enjoyed it personally as a single traveller due to the friendly bar. Food in Chilis not bad but slightly pricey for the quality although huge portions! The inclusive continental breakfast is a good deal: fress waffles, maple syrup and good drip-coffee

Rooms accessed through external balconies, so not good when it snowed! Didn't have a good view in my particular room. Noises from room above (not good floor sound insulation). All minor issues, to be fair

The room was very nice we came with another coupe (witnesses for our marriage) they were upgraded to a loft and we were not given this option even thought we had put we were looking to get married. It would have been nice to have that option however the room we did have was very nice.

I made a request for getting married and was hoping that someone would get a hold of me "before" check-in so I could make arrangements. When we arrived all they did was refer me to a website, it's a good thing we made our arrangements before hand or we may not have been able to get married.

We were only there for a night, was very relaxing....this time of the year wasn't very busy which we really liked as I know that it can get very busy with skiiers etc. Liked the atmosphere....

Nice appearance, family atmosphere, friendly staff.

Rooms are not quiet, noise from other rooms are easily heard as doors separating rooms are thin. Beds are uncomfortable.

The cave-like hot tub was especially impressive. The Hotel had an outdoor rooms setting without feeling cheap. Well furnished, and supplied room for a good price. The fox theme is very cool!

Was a little disappointed that apart from the restaurant and pool there wasn't much to explore in the hotel.

When we showed up we had a standard room. When I went to book in they offered us an upgrade for $50 to the penthouse suit!!! Our first weekend together EVER was a dream! It was so beautiful more than we could have ever imagined! The pool was so romantic. We managed to get into the back corner where no one was and had the space to ourselves to relax and enjoy each other. Its a weekend I or my partner will NEVER forget and hope to get to relive again in the near future! Thanks soooo much!!! I will send many people your way!

I liked it all!!! The only thing I wish we could have had was a better view of the mountains. But if I was to complain about what we had I would be a fool! Thanks so much!

Liked the opportunity to have large area to stay with 2 bedroom suite. But definitely pay for that option at 599 per day.

Feather mattress pads not ideal for the many people allergic to feathers. A hypoallergenic option would be an improvement. Room service came at 430 pm on our second day when we had just returned from ski hill and room had been empty from 8-330. On third day needed to call for room service and then needed to leave room to allow cleaning, when again we had just gotten back from the ski hill. At the rate of a luxury hotel I would expect better.

The Fox Hotel and Suites is a great hotel for a family to stay at in Banff on a ski trip. The accommodation is very comfortable and the fixtures and fittings of a good standard. The restaurant (Chilis) is friendly and the food is at the better end of the standard Canadian scale (not cordon bleu but not standard burgers and fries). The continental breakfast is well-stocked and provides a good start to the day especially when doing active sports like skiing. The underground car park is really useful especially during the snowy season. The hot tub is a really nice feature. All the staff we met were cheerful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Banff for a skiing holiday.

There was nothing to not like during our stay.

We had originally booked a standard room, but after the first night, we advised the manager of a distinct smell (greasy) in the room and was immediately upgraded to a wonderful suit complete with complimentary bottle of wine! Lovely!

The first night. Room was too small and very smelly. Get rid of the double beds.
