Service was great

They offered me an executive room but the bed was much too soft and uncomfortable and we tried the sofa bed and it wasn't level. I told them the next day and they did not offer a discount, I should have asked for a different room in the middle of the night.

Everything was fine and was what we expected for the price.

When you have people in the middle of the morning making noise where they wake you up and takes a long time to get back to sleeep

We were very happy with our stay. We absolutely loved the bed which was the most comfortable that we have ever slept in......fabulous!

Pool was very small.

I like the location, close to shopping, restaurant and movie theatre.

Did not like that I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. And did not like the smell in the hallway - smelt like cigarettes.

Value for money. Clean and very friendly. Excellent food and very friendly staff in the brass rail. Room was very well looked after and very accommodating staff.

We loved the friendly atmosphere and the dinner served in the Regency room was excellent. I will recommend the Fredericton Inn to all my friends.

Very accommodating staff. I needed to stay an extra day and even though the hotel was busy - there was no problem. They are very business- friendly. My stay was 3 nights and every morning I had faxes to send and there was no charge for this service. My local business telephone calls were Free. Even the parking was Free. In this day and age these services and faculities are almost unheard of in the industry. Kudos .. to the fredericton inn. If you are a shopper - they are surrounded by malls and shopping. A very enjoyable stay.

Noisy AC, and very dated looked in the dining areas

Well the heater made a very annoying noise.

The staff didn't take long to move us to another room. They were extremely friendly even gave us a map to help us find the university that my daughter was going to see.It was our first time going to the city by ourselves with out my husband and it was long time ago since we were there and they help us find it.

Liked the amenities in the hotel. Regency Restaurant provided a great ambiance for a nice meal. Close to the mall, box stores and a short drive down Regent street to downtown.

The bedding was not comfortable.

The language in french was not applicated.I'LL Think nobody was talking french at the front desk.

I thought the room was beautiful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or even view it as we were short on time.

I thought the elevator smelled a little musty but that was the only spot.
