Hotel Gault  

We liked how comfortable the staff made us feel, very attentive. The whole experience felt very cozy and welcoming. It's the type of hotel that you would compare other hotels to.

I didn't like the 12$++ for each dvd use. Nobody told me about a charge, I was led to a closet where they store them and told to pick from there. I didn't see the charge for both movies until check-out. It may sound trivial, but it seemed a bit tacky. I recently stayed in a boutique hotel in California, there was no charge and unlimited use.

Elegant, clean, good service, nice staff, recommend.

It is a lovely place to stay if you have allergies. The decor is simple yet elegant.

Room service was a bit expensive but that was a choice.

The staff were all very friendly & extremely helpful. The building itself was immaculate & very well presented. The interior design was very much of the minamilst look but it works very well & it does not cut down on services and or amenities of this fabulous hotel. I would challenge anyone to find a nicer hotel in Montreal!!

The excellent service!

The location of the hotel was superb. The professionalism, competency, helpfulness, friendliness, and courtesy of the staff were unexcelled.

Breakfast should have been included in the price. The hotel is pricey enough that the cost of breakfast should have been accomodated within the existing price.

La qualité du service est exceptionnelle, le personnel est très attentionné. Tous les espaces de l'hôtel sont bien pensés, grâce à une architecture intelligente et à un design unique. L'atmosphère y est calme et reposante pour des séjours de courte ou de longue durée. Tout était parfait.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, ist sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und die Mitarbeiter sind unschlagbar freundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung verdient besondere Würdigung. Die Kombination aus altem Gebäude und moderner Einrichtung ist sehr zeitlos und überzeugend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir noch einmal in Montréal sein sollten.

Die Klimaanlage ist in manchen Zimmern etwas laut. Das Frühstück ist teuer und man muss z. T. sehr lange darauf warten.

Très belle chambre à la déco design très soignée. Propre. Calme. Confortable. Bien situé géographiquement.

Il faisait trop froid dans la chambre. Chauffage à air pas très efficace et bruyant. Il a donc fallu choisir entre le froid ou le bruit. Hôtel très cher.

Le calme de l'hotel, la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement et la déco top, le seul point faible pas de thé vert pour le petit déjeuner un peu faible sinon parfait

Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel sont remarquables !! Mais l' hotel pratique des prix tres eleves . Les anemities dans la salle de bain sont vraiment quelconques par rapport au luxe de l' hotel .(Il a fallu demander un seche cheveux, des bonnets de bain, il n y avait pas de coton etc ..) .De meme le room service n' est pas a la hauteur ( pas de choix et la meme soupe deux jours de suite ).Sinon nous avons vraiment apprecie notre sejour dans ce bel hotel design .
