Hotel Gault  

We liked how comfortable the staff made us feel, very attentive. The whole experience felt very cozy and welcoming. It's the type of hotel that you would compare other hotels to.

I didn't like the 12$++ for each dvd use. Nobody told me about a charge, I was led to a closet where they store them and told to pick from there. I didn't see the charge for both movies until check-out. It may sound trivial, but it seemed a bit tacky. I recently stayed in a boutique hotel in California, there was no charge and unlimited use.

Very spacious, well-appointed room. As promised, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lovely Molton Brown bath products, beautiful shower. Large flat screen tv and dvd player. Cd player/radio next to the bed. IPhone/iPod dock. Wifi included. Cookies waiting for me in my room on arrival with a personalized welcome note. Impressive artwork in the elevator. This hotel has the little things mastered. Much grander lobby in person than in the photos online. Very modern and wonderfully unpretentious.

I would really love to see the addition of coffee/tea making equipment. Many luxury hotels have this and I think it only adds to guests' comfort. Because of the layout of furniture in the room, there was no electrical outlet near the bed to plug in laptop/iPhone which was kind of annoying.

Personal attention, starting with a drink offered at check-in. A beautifully designed boutique hotel, a renovated cotton warehouse with its original fancy facade and some original brick walls, done up in a modern industrial style that managed to be very comfortable. A huge room with a large desk and all the electronics you could want. Bathroom with heated floor and a tiled shower as large as many hotel bathrooms. A slate plate with beautifully presented sweet treats appeared in the evening. Very convenient walk to the old port of Montreal and the shops and restaurants of the tourist areas of the old town as well as the business areas around Victoria Square and downtown. As a woman staying alone, the area felt safe, and there were plenty of convenient restaurants. Room service available; bar and lounge in the lobby. I look forward to bringing my husband next time.

Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel sont remarquables !! Mais l' hotel pratique des prix tres eleves . Les anemities dans la salle de bain sont vraiment quelconques par rapport au luxe de l' hotel .(Il a fallu demander un seche cheveux, des bonnets de bain, il n y avait pas de coton etc ..) .De meme le room service n' est pas a la hauteur ( pas de choix et la meme soupe deux jours de suite ).Sinon nous avons vraiment apprecie notre sejour dans ce bel hotel design .

Le seul bémol, la faible réception du signal wi-fi via la chambre.
