Location. It had a good enough bath room Very poor door with poor lock. Room service only came on the third day very poor check in service Had to ask for a recipt This was a rooming house not a home style bed and breakfast.

I was very happy with my stay at the Georgian Manor Inn. A steak House and 24 hr convenience store were right next door and a Subway and Tim Hortons within easy walking distance. My room was clean and nicely furnished and the owner & son were very pleasant. I have no complaints and would stay there again should I stay in the Woodstock area.

Poorly maintained and poorly furnished room, not at all worth the money compared to other B&B's in the area.
