An extremely attractive and comfortable modern hotel room
Our evening meals were not as good as others we had in Quebec for the same price and the "Deal" at the time was very complicated and not particularly good value for us.
Location of the inn is so convenient for hiking and in such a beautiful setting. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Our room was spacious and well laid out - with lots of room to store all our outdoor gear. The duvet was warm and the pillows comfortable -we slept very well. The view was spectacular. Service was quick and efficient. Buffet breakfast was very good. The food in general was very good. Staff all made a good effort to speak English to my husband, who doesn't speak French - and they managed very well!
Somehow the overall atmosphere was one of function - not warmth. Staff were helpful but not very warm or friendly. I felt I was imposing on them sometimes. There were a few exceptions with waitresses in the dining room, but overall there seemed to be a lack of genuine warmth. We were disappointed that there was no fire in the bar fireplace on either night. Dining room lighting was too bright and made the room seem functional, ruining the ambiabance. The food was very good - but the fish was overcooked and we didn't enjoy the seafood pasta that much.
Location was unbeatable, clean and very modern rooms, great bar area with evening BBQ, great selection of beers, fantastic views, lovely and very reasonably priced breakfast.
Considering this is a tourist spot the staff had very poor English, we are not Canadians and do not speak French. The restaurant didn't have a single vegetarian option. The catering all shuts down very early in the evening and is the only place to get food in the park, we arrived late and only just made it!
beautiful setting, convenient to all the hikes and scenery, wonderful rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
They had some wifi issues ongoing...but only a minor inconvenience. Pool was closed as their season had ended.
The location, in the park was beautiful it was peaceful and majestic. the staff were very helpful the place was very clean.
No phone service which I assume was because of the location in the hills . The food was expensive and there were limited options however I enjoyed what we did have.
Staff assistance and prices
Location is fantastic. Minutes from service center and hikes
Tight space, would not be comfortable for 8!, no bathroom upstairs where both rooms are, liltle land around cabins
Right in the middle of the Parc National de la Gaspésie, surrounded by nature. The chalet was very nice and clean, fully equipped and very comfortable.
Even if the restaurant is excelent, it's the only option to eat in the area. There was no wifi inside the chalets.
Beautiful mountain scenery. Quiet natural setting.
European design of room decor
Good starting location for some hikes if you are without tent. Comfortable rooms and beds.
Very friendly staff and really nice facility located in the heart of the mountains
