Very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly host. Very nick House.
The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The price was a huge savings over hotel. Joanne was gracious and helpful in giving us directions and ideas of where to visit in Montreal. Breakfast was delicious.
Our room was right off the dining room, so we could hear people outside of our room. Although the breakfast was very good, the croissant was stale.
very noisy, you could hear every word spoken on the same floor, not a very safe or nice neighborhood, so you only go there to sleep, B&B lady was somehow strange, breakfast mediocre for a B&B, dead bugs in the room
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was cook fresh each morning. We were there for 7 days and each day the breakfast was different. Johanna, the hostess was a delight and very good with directions and gave suggestions on sites to see and how to get there.
Everything was very well done. There is nothing I did not like.
The room was clean, large and comfortable. There was free coffee available at all times with cookies, very welcoming.
The room was placed directly in front of the dining table, and it was very awkward getting up in the morning and going to the bathroom in front of all the guests, who were sitting and eating. Moreover, all the days we were there, some guests had breakfast at 7 in the morning and made a lot of noise (laughing out loud etc.), and the host didn't seem to mind.
Johanne is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For instance she encouraged us to take the Metro to go downtown for dinner. It was a fun experience, much cheaper than driving and parking and much less stressful. She had maps and Metro guides. It was great. More than a typical B&B, she has set herself up like a legitmate hotel. Thanks Johanne!
hotel owner, good price, comfortable room
Lovely small hotel, friendly hostess. Good location, excellent breakfast.
The owner is very accommodating and helpful with all requests. And the breakfast is excellent.
Joanne is a beautiful person who keeps a very warm cozy clean and modern looking b&b which has retro appeal. When in Montreal, stay here!!!!!!...Breakfast is always yummy , Joanne is always so accommodating, she went as far as to pack my wife and a a to-go breakfast because she knew that we were leaving early on our last day.
Loved it all!!!!!!!!
Joanna was the perfect hostess! We had early morning breakfast requests and Joanna was so accommodating and obliging. The attention to detail was refreshing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely pay Joanna a visit should we be in the area.
I would have preferred an en suite bathroom as the bathrooms were a little further from our room as I would have liked.
Fantastic place, lovely host, great facilities
not central, but this shouldn't put anyone off. this is a great place to stay and is a 10 minute walk to the metro. If we are in Montreal again, its where we will be staying without a doubt.
The host made us feel like we were at home. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to stay here the next time that we are in Montreal.
facilities and breakfast
Excellent, delicious breakfasts, very friendly hostess. Very clean, spacious room.
I did not like the shared bathroom arrangement. I prefer my own bathroom.
