Amazing location at Rainbow properties right in the middle of the village - clean and renovated unit - good communication with property manager
We arrived to find our 1 bedroom apt was upgraded to a 4 bedroom!!! Excellent surprise!
Since our room and property site changed, we did not have a pool or hot tub. Also it was difficult to find the place.
Location and the friendliest desk staff ever!
I liked the proximity of the condo the the village. It was very clean. When snow conditions weren't very good I was given the option to cancel.
I would have liked more blankets. A pizza pan and cutter would have been nice.
We had orginally booked Glaciers Reach for 8 ladies. 2 of 2 bedroom units but was moved to Montebello where we were promised a 4 bedroom unit. But in reality we had a 3 bedroom and den. We had spent the extra money so no one was on a hide-a-bed but 2 people had to sleep on it. $300/person for 2 nights seemed like alot for what we got.
I booked and paid for a high end town house. When we arrived at whistler we were put in a apartment. My kids had to sleep on the coach. No email or phone regarding the change of location. When dealing with the property manager (Peter)he lied about everything. We had to literally threaten him to get some sort of a refund. We received approx 25% of our money back only after numerous calls over a month long period. We stopped after that and chalked it up to a loss. Worst property management company ever. Told some company clients to be aware of this company.

Terrible customer sevice. Gave us the wrong condo,we were supposed to walking distance to the village in a condo with a hot tub and it was a 25 minute walk and know hot tub. I called them immediately and was offered $400 back onto my visa and 5 days later I'm still waiting for the conformation email and money. They are very difficult to get a hold of after all of this,I would say someone picks up after every third attempted phone call. Facility was pretty good otherwise, very clean, spacious and well stocked, however I would never book with them again.
I was able to contact someone when we were unsure of what to do. The space was comfortable.
I was not happy with the fact that in the description of the place I was booking proved to be false. It had told me the location was 500 meters from the village, which it wasn't; and that it was two floors with it's own private entrance, which it didn't have. It said that parking was free and it was not and it also said that there was a machine with parking passes in them and we spent some time trying to figure this out. I was disappointed because my other friends were directly in the village and we ended up having to cab back and forth several times to meet with them and it was all very inconvenient. It would have been perfect if I was part of a family who was there to ski or snowboard but our main focus was the village and we were no where near it. I am also displeased with the response time I have been getting from the coordinator of Admira Properties. He has told me several times that a refund is in place and that he will send me an email but still hasn't done so. If a refund is not processed I know that I will never book with this company again.
