Close to everything very neat and tidy unit
Several light bulbs weren't working - the plug in the bathroom didn't work
The unit was beautiful and we had room to stretch out and move around. The furniture was comfortable.
We did not receive our confirmation early enough and there was some concern about where and how to check in. The unit could have had a fan for the main living room as it was a little warm although we may have been there in a warm spell.
Well located, spacious, with entertainment (Play Station, DVD, TV, internet), wonderful hot-tub in the balcony.
The cleaning fee seems to be expensive and wasn't clear on the moment we made the reservation. There is a discrepancy between the check in time at Booking (3pm) and the unit (4pm), which made us waiting one extra hour. The mattresses in general were too soft. The mattress of the sofa bed was odd. Fakir's skills needed to slip there.
Centrally located. Nice balcony. Great staff Nicely stocked kitchen with lots of equipment. Handy To have Landry right in the room Great tv and sound system. Super place for our family with two teen boys.
A liitle noisy at night. Ad a bit mis-leading with no pool at this facility but we were adequately compensated for the error.

Our reservation was made in May but I was only contacted two weeks before to let me know that my credit card information didn't appear and they needed it for the booking. Thus, a long wait to check in and mis-communication between booking.com and the resort.

Hard to sleep with noisy people talking and shouting in the middle of the night across the street. At time of writing my CAD500.00 security deposit withheld by the management has yet to be released after checking out 5 days already. Don't understand why they are holding it for so long.
Close to every thing. Easy access
The first night was to hot.Needs an air conditioner. Had a hard time sleeping then the grounds keepers were abit noisy under my window at 530. Besides that it was great
Underground parking, right in the middle of the beautiful city and easy access to all things Whistler. Plenty of room as our two girls slept on the pullout couch and we had the bedroom on a very comfortable bed (and with a bad back I am picky). Very nice view of the Olympic Rings (room 341). Kitchen was large enough and had all the plates and cutlery to have dinner like being back home. Fireplace with a huge flat screen tv with full cable that rotated and titled was enjoyable. Bathroom was very clean. SUPER quiet and didn't here anyone above or below us.
Minor negatives - window in the bedroom seemed to allow pedestrian noise in while the living room windows seemed sound proof. I personally would have liked a bathtub not just a standup shower. Bigger negative - Booking.com main and first few pictures are of this pool, hot tub and fitness facility. NOT. The building is owned as part of a set of properties and this one only has a tiny hot tub. You are not allowed to even go over to the other property and use their facilities. I looked back and read what they offered... way down in the end of the write up they slide in that there is only a hot tub yet for this site continue to use their pool as their main picture.

Didn't realise I had to pay Paking CAD20 and CAD65 cleaning for a one night stay. Booking.com puts in real small writing at the foot of the booking. Thought I was booking a hotel but as first time in Canada didn't know what I. Was booking. Will be more alert on next booking. Wish we had stayed longer as it would have been more cost effective
We entered the room using the code provided, to find people still in the room! Checkin was at 3pm and we got there exactly at 3pm. The attendant there had to clean up the room and it wasn't ready for us until 6pm!!! Apparently the owner's parents were in the apartment. I even called the owners cellphone earlier that day so they knew we were coming. There was no excuse for this. Worst part was the attendant there did not even apologize or comp us in any way. This ruined our trip.

convenient checkin/checkout process; location close to the Market Place bus stop on Lorimer.
Cramped quarters, a mess of electronics and cables; the smoke alarm made the kitchen completely unusable (couldn't even warm up an English muffin without setting it off); closet doors nearly impossible to open; BBQ hadn't been cleaned.
Front staff - ok but did not go out of their way to inquire if our stay was enjoyable, etc. Basically just gave us the keys, no other info offered regarding things to do or info on ski conditions.

a couple of the lights didn't work and there was only conditioner not shampoo- otherwise all good!
The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town. The area itself was outstandingly beautiful.
The place was good but somehow the beddings are not that cleaned.
I feel disappointed with regards to my complain with the booking .com and until now I did not received any email or a call. So sad to know that I was double charged with my billing of visa for the accommodation in Whistler hope that you will reply thank you.
The room was very nice. The balcony and eating area made the room great for hosting guests.
The cleaning fee was large and they expect the tennants to take out their own garbage, etc. Staff weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either.
