Ainoa hyvä asia tässä hotellissa oli vastaanoton nuori, ystävällinen virkailija, joka jaksoi auttaa, neuvoa. Tälläiseen hotelliin ei tulisi teidän sivujenne kautta olla mitään varausmahdollisuutta, koska se asettaa myös teidän palvelunne tason kyseenalaiseksi. Sanat eivät riitä kertomaan kokemustamme!!!!!! Olen reissannut todella paljon maailmalla, enkä ikinä ole joutunut astumaan jalallani tälläiseen läävään, joka ei vastaa yhtään sivuillanne olevia kuvauksia. |

voisi mainita, että huoneet ovat hieman erikoisia (lavuaari eteisessä yms.). Lisäksi hotellin äänieristys on täysin olematon, mikä tuli selkeästi huomattua hotellissa samaan aikaan meneillä olevan remontin vuoksi. |

only the price of the room the hotel was really awful. it was dirty, the shower was broken and repaired with a curtain for windows, noises all the times during the night. the restroom was not in a separate room, but a corner inside the same sleeping area, with a curtain that "closes" the space. breakfast was supposed to be untill 10 in the morning, but we arrived at 9.40 and everything was finished and we had nothing. |

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, very noisy because of single glazed windows, no air-conditioning, bad beds - one was a very hard futon, the other bed was broken -, only two beds for three childeren. Also very noisy neighbours and incompetent front-man. |

Location (close to Vieux Montréal). Some rude and not helpful staff. Very poor breakfast (one day took 25 minutes waiting to get some coffee and croissants). Disagreement between booked and allocated room (no bathroom within room, once changed the WC was only separated by a courtain from the bed). Bad humidity smell in bathroom (no ventilation). Wi-Fi not working in all rooms. |

Location was great. Nice and helpful staff. The sofa one of us had to sleep on was terrible and we didn´t get the room we had booked. When we informed the staff they were nice and gaved us a discount. |

it is at the centre of montreal and it is close to the important points it is a funny hotel which have many unuseless accessories which doesn't work, even we could hardly open the door of the hotel. |

The rooms are decent and clean. I did not like the service and how the staff treats some guests at the hotel. I must say that some of the staff are really good, but others are not well-trained for such a job. Some did not how to transfer a phonecall to a room! There was a lot of noise due to the renovation work and when there are lots of major works going in a hotel a discount should be given to all guests.This was not available in this hotel. The food for breakfast is very bad and it is rationed. I had a person saying to me you can either have a muffin or a cereal bowl!! This is bad for a 3-star hotel! |

The door to the room didn't fit the frame, so there was a gap all around it. The room was overly hot with no thermostat. Our room was by the office so we kept being woken up by the staff. It said on the website that it was a suite. there was no actual bathroom. |

Location close to Metro station The staff at night is very passive and do not solve problems. We had to sleep one night without any heating at all and they just say sorry. First night they gave us an extremely bad room because we were the last to arrive that night. |
