The Glengate Hotel & Suites  

Un disastro, freddo e sporco nelle parti comuni,il gelo nelle camere,il bagno deprimente ed il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ma dilettantesco.rapporto al prezzo e' decisamente carissimo,al massimo valutazione da ostello

Facilmente raggiungibile dall'highway; staff gentile e disponibile; stanza grande (queen size) e pulita; colazione abbondante ma con stoviglie usa e getta (non molto scomode a dir il vero). Parcheggio auto gratuito.

L'hotel dista una ventina di minuti (a piedi) dalle cascate; nel bagno mancava un set di asciugamani. Per chi rimane una notte o due, è ok.

Hotel staff was very friendly, our room was better than we imagined with the huge bed and Jacuzzi tub, hotel is a 2 min. drive to clifton hill/falls area.

the parking lot is pretty small, and the underground parking lot is only for small cars - had an issue there as i drive a jeep, and the towels were very small but we made do,

Staff were friendly, travelled with another couple and our rooms where beside each other

Not a lot of parking, a bit too far from the falls- too much walking for some people, not a lot of food placed near by

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the price was really cheap and free parking with free snacks in the morning.

The location was bit far not walking distance from all attractions, the room was very cold took half of the day to warm up, the shower and bathroom were very old and need immediate replacement.

The floor was sticky, there was no shampoo in the showers, the A/C was broken, the bath tub was clogged, the fridge was not stocked as i requested nor was it even very cold, also i requested extra pillows and blankets and I never recieved those either.

I thought it was decent for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And I liked that check-out wasn't till 12pm.

I found the room to be a bit dirty, the bathroom, and juccuzzi tub were not very clean. And the bed was a bit hard. The contenental breakfast was gross. All that was available was some stale bagels and muffins. And there wasn't very many parking spaces.

The price for this room was way out there. First time going on new years eve so we were not sure of spots to stay.

Staff was very welcoming.

It was reasonably priced, clean, and a satisfactory room. The continental breakfast was adequate.

I did not get the room that I booked. I received a smaller room, without the sitting room and couch, as opposed to what was stated on my booking receipt.

Young couple traveling with dog stayed at the glengate because the price was fabulous and it was pet friendly. Our room was on the corner of 2 busy streets so we heard traffic throughout the night. We stayed in the honeymoon suite for 55 bucks plus 10 for travelling with a dog - nothing wrong with that. The room was huge and clean, with a king sized bed and jacuzzi tub. If you're expecting luxury this isn't for you, bit the guy at the front desk was very nice and hospitable, we had a warm clean place to stay for a great price. I would go back.

Located on a busy street - we could hear traffic throughout the night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was adequate but all we needed. Everything was clean.

Overall the hotel was good. Parking was okay, Service was good, and It was a nice room. This is the second time registering with booking.com lastime we booked with the days inn and did not received the room we asked for they changed the room with no question and gave us the best suite in the hotel. I noticed they rated the glen gate suites to be better than the days inn but highly disagree.

Dissapointed about a few things. A bit of false advertising, the room we stayed in was not the room advertised in the picture or package deal. Strands of long black hair was found in the bed. While sleeping I was stabbed by 2 safety pins found in the bed that was not ours. I feel it was advertised to be better than what it seemed and also got something different to what I purchased. Under ground parking very tight and hard to get in and get out of, also parked underground one night something leaked on to my car a stained the paint on the roof of the car.
