The Glengate Hotel & Suites  

I liked the friendliness of the night staff.he did everything we asked for. It was a pretty descent location (not too close to tourist area) which meant less noise. I rented the honeymoon suite for my husbands birthday. Good bang for ur buck. Already recommended to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay

We put do not disturb sign on door and staff still entered to clean while we were out. (Had personal things on bed) we didnt want staff to see let alone touch (under clothes)

The staff were very friendly. The room was large and clean. It is close to the GO stop.

I thought it was decent for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And I liked that check-out wasn't till 12pm.

I found the room to be a bit dirty, the bathroom, and juccuzzi tub were not very clean. And the bed was a bit hard. The contenental breakfast was gross. All that was available was some stale bagels and muffins. And there wasn't very many parking spaces.

The price for this room was way out there. First time going on new years eve so we were not sure of spots to stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the price was really cheap and free parking with free snacks in the morning.

The location was bit far not walking distance from all attractions, the room was very cold took half of the day to warm up, the shower and bathroom were very old and need immediate replacement.

Staffs are really friendly and try to help us when something in room is broken ( he came to fix it up in no time)

When we arrive there and find out that toilet is plugging up, In the paper say it have ironing and ironing board but no there. Breakfast is poor, we are looking for water but we cannot find it.

Close to restaurants

The front desk was a disaster. The gentleman was new and couldn't speak much english, he was left alone, the owner was gone and he didn't even know how to check us in, bad reception when you arrive, had to call a room # to get someone to come to the desk, poor breakfast in the morning, they need a talking to. They even asked if I was married. You never ask the martial status of someone when they arrive. That is a no no

Overall the hotel was good. Parking was okay, Service was good, and It was a nice room. This is the second time registering with booking.com lastime we booked with the days inn and did not received the room we asked for they changed the room with no question and gave us the best suite in the hotel. I noticed they rated the glen gate suites to be better than the days inn but highly disagree.

Dissapointed about a few things. A bit of false advertising, the room we stayed in was not the room advertised in the picture or package deal. Strands of long black hair was found in the bed. While sleeping I was stabbed by 2 safety pins found in the bed that was not ours. I feel it was advertised to be better than what it seemed and also got something different to what I purchased. Under ground parking very tight and hard to get in and get out of, also parked underground one night something leaked on to my car a stained the paint on the roof of the car.
