Staff is friendly. Location in the center of the huge metropolis is very good. Industrial-like atmosphere. Rooms uncomfortable, beds are shaky. People barely communicate because of the oppressive climate. It feels like a backpackers place where you always should look after your things which never happen in those friendly relaxing places worldwide. No personal space will be provided for you here.

The central location to downtown was excellent. They need new mattresses, and some form of support for under the mattres, those bunks are not designed to be used the way they are using them. The bar emites an outrageously loud sound until early in the morning. There wasn't much of a lounge.

The location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were cleaner than you'd expect. The free breakfast was boring and bland. The street sounds could sometimes be unbearingly noisy. If you're not a deep sleeper, bring ear-plugs.

It was affordable, and although it had a time when the building closed, you weren't locked out as you could still access the building with your room key.

The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Toronto, and the girls on reception are friendly and helpful The place is very run down and offers very little more than a bed for the night.

Convenient location in downtown Toronto. Lots of shops nearby. Although not luxurious or the most comfort, beds were decent. When you check-in, a set of clean linen and a towel are given to you. The shower rooms were limited. Toilets were also few and not very clean. There was only one sink share between at least 20 people.
