Nicely decorate and arranged.

Could not access the WiFi and the tub drain was clogged.

The motel is very well located, very clean and confortable. I enjoyed to stay there during a trip in the larger Moncton area.

Staff was very friendly, gave me lots of advice on the city and were available via text.

the price was a factor but when we entered the room it was very comfortable and relaxing and felt like a home to us

GoMotel was an excellent value. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, room was nice and clean. And it was close to everything. I will be using GoMotel any time I visit the Moncton area from now one.

Room was very small , air conditioner noisy , no place to store luggage , sign in front of motel shows rooms from $69 but actual charge (online booking) 17 + tax =$202 ???????

The staff was helpful and acommodating.

However, a couple of comments, telephones are not in room and that would be a plus if they can fix that. Also maybe just an upgrade of the curtains in the bathroom/S. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay for my first time in Moncton. I will stay there again.

Owner was only interested in renting beds and not renting rooms per person. Tried to charge me for two beds while I was a sole occupant of the room., Would not honour his advertised price of $ 69night. After staying 3 night at $79/$99.00 per night he wanted to charge $109/$129 per night. I was able to book through booking.com for $79/$99 for the remaining nights. Thank You booking.com I also observed them refuse a disabled guest when there was still rooms available because he was also travelling alone and they only had rooms with two beds. Shame on you Gomotel.ca Greed has no place in this world.

Everything was very nice. The room was small by cozy. Everything was clean. It was a nice 25 minute walk to the downtown area. Kathleen was very helpful.

This struck me as funny, but we had no drink cups in the bathroom.

Es war alles mehr als nur ok. Das Personal die Umgebung und der Servise waren sehr gut.man hatte die Möglichkeit zu rauchen in einem wunderschönen Pavilion.

L'acceuil simple et très amical. La propretée des lieux. La situation géographique, facile de ce déplacer au centre ville à pied. Les conseils du propriétaire pour un restaurant de bonne qualité et peu cher.

Le lit était un peu mou.

De nous obliger de prendre une copie de notre carte de crédit et d'une pièce d'identité, sachant que cela n'est pas légale au Canada. Me dire que la vue de notre chambre est du coté de la rivière et d'une piste cyclable !!!! Hahaha !!!!!

J,ai aime que le receptionniste, qui m,a accueillie en anglais, se mette immediatement au francais quand il a vu que j,etais francophone. Il etait courtois et efficace.

Si l,on compare le prix du GoMotel avec le prix du Delta de Moncton, par exemple, versus la qualite, je trouve que le GoMotel est trop cher.

The boxspring did not fit the bed as a result the bed fell 3 different times, the matress was a airmatress with a memory foam cushion ontop which was not comfortable.

It was basic, no frills but clean and friendly.

Instead of informing us face to face when we checked in, the staff decided to leave a note pinned on our door telling us we were being charged extra because there were two of us. When I reserved online, I marked down there was going to be two of us sharing the room. If the staff had of at least mentioned this upon checking in, it wouldn't have been such an issue. The fact that they left a note on our door after checking in was just incredibly unprofessional and rude.

J'ai apprécié le frigo et le micro-ondes dans la chambre, très pratiques quand on veut économiser pour les repas! Le motel est bien situé à 15 minutes à pieds des commerces et restos. La chambre était très propre et confortable, donc excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Les locataires des appartements voisins ont sans doute eu un beau spectacle lorsque j'ai pris ma douche! Le minuscule rideau dans la fenêtre n'arrêtait pas de voler en l'air! De plus, des visiteurs ont été bruyants lors de notre 2ème nuit.

Great price for a one night stop over.

Trouble with the fuses when we didn't even have anything except a lamp and the fridge on. Not a place for an extended stay!
