The pool was great and I was happy that it was open t'ill 11 because most other hotels close it at 10. The room was great and the bed really comfortable. Someone called over and over again and somehow convinced the staff to go into my room. I wonder what he could have said to convince them to do this, but either way, it was wrong and made me not trust going there again. |

We were very close to transit, restaurants and major shopping areas and found it easy to get around the city from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions to local sites and restaurants. The hotel seemed understaffed on most days, particularly the concierge. While we felt safe in the neighbourhood, we were asked for money numerous times every day by people on the street and my teenagers felt quite intimidated by this. |

Good location, close, but not in the heart of the city; very nice staff; old renovated hotel. Nearby to rue Saint Denis with many fine restaurants. not appropriate for those who want brand new |

Nothing really....the a/c did not work all night, i practically showered 3 times because it was so hot in the room. and in the morning i noticed bug bites to my back and legs.. i informed the front desk in the morning when i left but nothing was done to rectify the situation. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service...My friend who stayed at another room literally had to transfer to another room at 230 in the morning because bugs were all over the bed and pillows. |

The hotel is well located, close to subway and downtown Service was rude: staff very inexperienced at reception, ignoring customers waiting on line up and giving priority to check in. Valet service inept: I had to wait up to a half hour to get my car, even when phoning room service - most times, they don't pick up the phone! (strange how I always got through when calling the reservation number) - No control on the air conditioning, the room was freezing and when I called the front desk, they sent someone with a roll of duct tape to cover the vent - Inadequate furniture: broken lamp, no chairs, TV at 90 degrees from bed, no fridge! no microwave - first day of our stay, they didn't clean the room. After complaining, they sent someone to drop a couple of towels in our room and that's all. |

location I did not like that there was no fridge in the room, even though I called ahead of time asking for a better room because I am battling 3 cancers, so when there was no fridge in the room or any available ones, it was very disappointing. My Mom even wanted to have a surprise for us in the room and the hotel said that it was not possible. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. |

This hotel was really lovely - clean, modern with character and very friendly staff. The rooms were very quiet, comfortable, spacious and kept very clean. Having a pool, sauna and fitness room was an added bonus. Computer access was available in their Business Centre. I did not eat in their restaurant but it looked very nice and they offered large breakfast buffet. The location is fabulous - across the street from the very popular Metro, Sherbrooke stop which we used every day. One street over is St, Denis with stores and restaurants and only 2 blocks west is Prince Arthur St. with dozens of fabulous restaurants and close to shopping on St. Laurent. I would stay here again in a flash and would recommend the hotel very highly. |

Room was clean, minus bathtub. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lobby was nice. Bathtub was stained. Air-Conditioning didn't work or was non existent. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Outsides of windows were dirty. Pool was a little cold. |
