Welcoming lobby and reception staff. Spacious and bright common areas. Self service, buffet-style breakfast Outdoor and indoor parking Free Wi-Fi
No coffee making facilities in the room. Tiny closet space.
I do not speak French but, your staff was very understanding and helpful the entire time. Your location was great for the location that I had to travel to while in Sherbrooke.
I can not think of anything that I did not like.
design of hotel was nice
-no fan in bathroom -told I would be sent directions front desk staff could not give me directions into the city and told me they would email did not do in time -no coffee maker in room -charged the wrong amount at front desk had to check bill to catch mistake -bottle says shampoo and conditioner-it was not -could not brush my hair after using their product-no conditioner in the product at all!!! -manager not available to chat with me-good staff would have asked her to contact me when she got in -dont recall one smile
Well-located, helpful staff. Nice room (though it would have been nicer to have faced the lake, but we booked last minute).
Not sure we didn't like it, but the place does have a clear cocaine-aesthetic.
The hotel was very nice in a beautiful location. Nice park to take a walk and get some exercise. Plus a numbers of very good restaurants close by within walking distance.
Breakfast. Expected more options, hot food…which didn't happen.
We stayed on their highest floor with a fantastic view of the lake. The lighting and electric sockets around the bed were great. We slept wonderfully in the comfy king bed. Loved the table with two comfortable chairs.
Continental breakfast was mainly breads and coffee with a few choises to spread on bread and small pieces of unpeeled fruit (pineapple?!?). Hard boiled eggs with one salt shaker by them. Helpful if the paper plates weren't the tiniest you could buy. Good staff at breakfast.
New look in the hotel.when the painting is finished it will look fantastic..great job.fantastic staff..great place
No valet service, only flashy decor. The breakfeast policy is terrible. They take the food away at 10, even if people are still serving themselves. Outrageous! We got bottered by noise and called the desk about it. Nothing was done.
Comfortable room Wifi Presentation rooms/salles
Heating/cooling ventilation system, the individual thermostat controls do not work, they are centrally controlled we were told by the front desk
Spa didn't work. Wi-fi was not detected by devices with LTE sevices on. Living room is too small and is part of the bedroom so it is of little use. Coffee wasn't regularly available in the room. Breakfast offered is not interesting.
Bright, quiet, well-appointed corner room (501). Absence of a mini-bar probably saved me a bundle ;-). Shops nearby to provide you with munchies and better coffee.
Main floor too dark, especially in the elevator area. Bottle of water should be complimentary, not sold $4.00. Disposable plates and utensils for breakfast are neither up to the ecological standards of the hotel, nor to its aesthetic pretensions. Coffee mediocre. Remote control batteries need to be changed.
Paying for parking, water, etc
- very clean - great beds - excellent location for our purposes
- the coffee is awful ... and this matters first thing in the morning!
Staff helpful. Accommodations comfortable.
The cost of the room didn't give you anymore than a Marriott would give you. The design was the only difference but begins it it was just a hotel.
The view, the room. It was quiet and the staff was very nice.
In Quebec, for breakfast we, should get good croissants and maple sirop. You advertize that you are green but you use all the plastic cups and paper plates and do not do any recycling?????
The room is darker than a dungeon. I work at noight and I had to rig a series of lights from the suite to be able to see my computer. I will NEVER stay there again.. NEVER. You don't have a restaurant and offering room service when I arrived late on a Monday is an insult. A hotel who charges what you do without a restaurant.
Hotel location-excellent. Good restaurants across the street. Big parking lot. Easy access to the main road.
Cleanliness of the carpet, even of the chair was poor. Stain of blood found on the ironing board. But the bathroom was in excellent condition. Nobody asked about my stay when checking out.
Surprisingly good find on route to Quebec. Appears brand new. Very clean. Tasteful, modern decor. Great value for money.
Breakfast very poor
very comfortable bed; spacious room
made to look expensive with cheap materials sets the tone for your entire experience; very poor "free" (!) breakfast; low degree of maintenance; tiny and very cold pool; 2.5-star ameneties but $200+/night for double room, parking and the various taxes; really very ordinary - not special at all for a supposedly 4-star. They have not understood what zen is - it's not to maximize nothingness!
The view on the lake was awesome. Design of the room is amazing.
For a prestige room at 262$/night...you don't get what do you expect ...no room service..no free parking..no free water.. awful continental breakfast..pool closed for repair not available at that time... No help for loggage..no bathrobe..spa in the room was so dirty that they moved us to another room without help for loggage and no compensation. Well not a good service. Usually going to Delta and won't go back to Time anymore. Not worth that money, price should be half of they charge.
the boutique style, modern, quiet, nice lounge bar/breakfast area. Location, lakeside view was beautiful. Secure access to floors is a good feature.
it was too hot in the room, no control over the temperature during the spring season (heater/ac in one day) was painful
Room temperature cannot be changed.
beds were very hard.
Breakfast could have a wider selection.
