Attractive and welcoming reception hall; smiling reception staff ready with your reservation paper and room key. Spacious ultra-clean room and bathroom. New hotel finished with good to fair quality materials. Very basic breakfast: toast & jam (no butter), coffee, juice and some fruits... No pastry (e.g. Danish, donuts...); no hot chocolate... Very basic... but included in rate! |

It was very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Love the breakfast buffet set up and options. No restaurant or a la carte for meals other than breakfast |

The hotel was lovely and great value but a bit out of the way. Luckily it was opposite a mall. |

The hotel is beautiful, serene and stylish. We came in late at night and the lobby was calm and inviting with soft candles, the sounds of water and soft music. If you are coming into town after dark, you may want to consider a hotel closer to the airport. We had mapped out directions from the airport, but it was difficult to see street signs that late at night. |

The cleanness and the design are quite comfortable. So many kinds of toast and bagel to choose for breakfast. Boiled eggs and fresh yogurt are also provided. Shower nozzle with shower handle is the best part. No microwave and fridge in room |

The hotel was in a quiet location & pretty accessible to downtown Quebec, cozy rooms, clean, very comfortable sheets and nice furniture. Nice cozy lounging areas and good breakfast (good coffee too). No dining place in the hotel..it would have been nice if there was even a small sandwich & coffee place. |

The hotel is clean and well maintained. I have enjoyed the interior design of the hotel. The staff is very polite. The breakfast is not organized well, the dining area is too small. People with trays are all over the lobby as there is not enough room in the dining area. Maybe the hotel should convert one of the conference rooms into the breakfast area. |

The best hotel in all of our Canadian trip. Great room, fabulous breakfast, most helpful staff. Next door was the Galleries mall with wonderful shops. It was a little hard to find, but once we did, we liked the location. |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, they communicated in English very well. The facility was very modern & clean and they maintain the entire facility non-smoking. The continental breakfast buffet was very well done. |

We thought the price/quality was outstanding. We stayed one night in the Grand Times and returned a few days later and they even remembered we had been there! Great service, very nice room and the bed was simply fantastic! |

The hotel will be appreciated by people who love interior design. Located at a 20 minutes car drive from Old Quebec City near the big commercial centre of Galeries the hotel is completely smoking free (they charge you CAD 200 for extra cleaning if smoke is detected in your room). A very nice lobby (dark as the whole hotel) with changing lights, modern fire place and non-stop music. The hotel presents itself as an hotel "de tendance zen international" and has a nice heated indoor swimming pool.. The main complaint is for breakfast. The continental breakfast buffet is included but served in a very small room, absolutely inadeguate for hotel’s guests. Tables are small and not confortable and we had to wait for a free table while other guests had to seat in the lobby with their trays. Being the hotel environmental friendly, breakfast is served in recycling small foam plates with plastic cutlery. This can be appreciated but is difficult to accept in a four star hotel. |

The tranquility in our room, absolutly no noise, very quiet. The self-service breakfast was great but there was too many people all at once. |
