It was comfortable and close to downtown. The last few nights, it was quite noisy. I was hoping that the supervisor would have asked them to be a little more quiet.

Good place if you need to stay downtown Toronto but can't afford to pay a lot. Initially could be shocking particularly if you are used to luxury of real hotels. If you accept that this is more like a hostel you be fine. I think these small examples give you an idea; they give you real metal keys; one for front door and one for your room (no electronic keys); there is no lobby; instead of reception, there is an office room; there will always be some smell, depending on which guest is cooking what in their room; guests do smoke in their rooms which you may smell; there is a microwave in the room but no coffee maker; there is laundry room and you may do your own laundry, etc.

Very convenient location to city center. Reasonable room rate. Enough hot water for bath. Room is not clean and bad smell and it is like cheap apartment. Desk is very poor. Most surprising thing is there are no hotel lobby. They have small room which has their reception. They call it "office".

The location was perfect - right in middle of China Town - the room was small but very clean and the price was decent - and you can still get smoking rooms which was a big plus. Only problem is finding the place. The actual location is in middle of low income but right on next street is middle of China Town - so location was excellent for us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't into a 5 star hotel. Would stay there any time when going to Toronto

The cheap price and the location. The bedding was very old and worn and the elevator - we were on the 5th floor - broke down on the Sunday, forcing us to carry out bags down five flights. That was perhaps a blessing, as using it on the Saturday was somewhat hairaising.

Proximity to attractions, close to shops and restaurants, cheap food and easy access to airport by bus. Furniture could be modernised. requires better quality of pots and fry pan. Some staff could have beem more helpful.

Location was excellent. Clean. Very quiet. Good price. Handy kitchenette with fridge. Parking was only $3.50 which was terrific compared to other hotels we checked @ $20 or $30 per night. Allowed us to check in early...very nice Staff. Strong smell of mothballs in hallway. Not fancy, but the price, location and parking make up for it.

Cheaper than the others I looked at. 90 bucks or so a night including tax. Not on a main road or anything but close by Dundas. Right in chinatown. Neighborhood around doesn't look spectacular, but they had neighborhood watch signs up which was comforting. Staff was very nice and pretty knowledgeable. The rooms had free wifi, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove. 5 bucks parking for the day/night. Not the most luxurious place ever. You get what you pay for. For Toronto it's pretty cheap. Nothing pretty to look at.

The receptionists were very helpful and very friendly. Having our own kitchen was really comfortable. It's in a quiet and peaceful area, not that luxious but still good. Walking distance to downtown and everything. Very pleasant stay.
