the kichenette was a great item to have. no wirelss cable for those travelling with portable devices that have wifi i was not able to access the internet. You have a cable wire that goes into your laptop. some of the items in the kitchen seemed dirty still but there was no soap to re-clean them. |

It gave us an opportunity to see a different part of the city (Chinatown, Little Italy) from our last visit. |

Very close to most of downtown. Beds and room were very clean, bathroom was very very clean. Still a bit pricey than what it's worth - I guess you're paying for the location. Seemed like a dorm. Stayed only one night, so can't really complain. Parking lot was at back of hotel without easy access to hotel - had to walk around block to get bags. Hotel located in Chinatown - grungy surroundings, but seemed safe enough. Shower head needs to be changed. Pillows were not all that comfortable. |

Good location for Queen West, College Street, the Annex & Chinatown. Kitchenettes a real plus. Apartment hotel style--although with a real budget feel. Fairly quiet surrounding streets. Not in a tourist area(I like this) The heater/air con was a bit noisy. |

Large room, kitchenette, quiet area, helpful staff, moderate price. A bit on the edge of downtown but since all other hotels were booked for the Film Festival a good find. |

the relaxed attitude and freindly staff; as well as the in room food prep option. it is advertised as having wireless access, but when questioned on it they informed us it was 10.00 and needed to be plugged into the TV?!?! |

Location of the hotel is perfect for someone looking to be near the city core. Neighberhood of the hotel left a little to be desired. |

Our room was quite clean, and very adequate for our stay, as well as close to our destination in the area (within 15 minutes' walking distance). A very minor detail: we discovered a used wash cloth on the shower curtain rod in the bath room when we arrived. |

I thought that the rooms were very nice and cozy. I found that the rooms were keep very clean and that staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was that the walls didn't really block out much noise so I could hear everything that was going on in the rooms beside us and in the hallways. |
