Everything, the hotel is very accomodating and the facilities are great. Also the comlementary breakfast is amazing, all of the food tastes fresh. The to-go coffee cups are very handy if you want to enjoy more coffee.

The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. The price was right and the bed, bath and room in general was very comfortable. Free wifi, fridge, coffee pot were all nice perks.

Well designed, spacious room, wonderful roof garden with two Jacuzzi pools , citrus restaurant and its menu and very welcome personnel!!!!

The only thing it was the wrong information for the breakfast from the night receptionist. He told us that the breakfast was served until 10.30 pm instead of 10.00 pm and we catch it while they removed the food .

The Hotel and facilities are excellent and I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. The cost includes a full breakfast and WiFi with good spacious rooms including Tea and coffee facilities.Well worth a visit I will when next in Toronto. CA

Great staff, great beds, great pool, great restaurant.

The jacuzzi didn't push out warm water.

Reception area was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The dining area was clean & food was excellent. All the hotel facilities were available & free to use so no hidden charges. Great hotel in a great location.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. Hotel room was clean nice kitchenette. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good as well.

Self parking garage spots are very tight if you drive an SUV. We had to let the kids out of car before parking.

Very friendly staff, excellent location and the outdoor jacuzzi on the top of the building.

Rooms weren't serviced until between 3-4pm in most cases. One day I came back to my room at 4pm and the housekeeper was in it. Felt this could've been done a little faster and earlier in the morning.

The location,shuttle service and especially buffet breakfast.

The delay in having my room ready when it was booked well in advance.

WIFI is clearly a problem, could not connect with Mac, pretty unusual, very slow

the grand hotel provides free shuttle to any attractions in downtown, which is very convenient for tourists

I liked that the floors did not have carpets.Also, liked that the soaps shampoos etc were not highly scented,as I have an intolerance to those products. I found the staff to be very friendly. The hot tubs and the pool were great.Good breakfast (except the juice).

I did not like that you had to order ice, I would much rather go to a machine. We left our luggage for an hour after we checked out and asked someone to retrieve them.He got distracted doing something else and didn't inform anyone so we were left waiting for about 20 min. And it was only after I asked why it was taking so long that someone else went and got it. My husband was waiting in the car out front.

This is an all-round great hotel with wonderful rooms (we had a deluxe room) and superb facilities. It took us 5 minutes to think of the one thing we would improve (breakfast).

The only thing we can think of that we did not like was the juices served with breakfast: Please switch to fresh juices instead of the overly sweetened options offered.

The staff was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable. That restaurant was fabulous with gourmets dinners and a breakfast buffet was included in our stay. We had cocktails in the bar several times and the staff was always pleasant and continually tried to make us comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on any return visits. We could not have been more pleased.

I liked the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The room was very nice. Shopping at the Eaton's Centre only 3 blocks away which was very convenient.

The room was cold and we could not turn off the airconditioning.

size bathroom ok for one person but definitely small for two or more room occupants hardly any wardrobe

Walls are paper thin, Cannot talk what so ever in the rooms without a noise complaint. If you are someone who's travelling to Toronto to go out and come back late, this is not the place for you

The breakfast at Citrus was wonderful. Waiter service was excellent. Room was nice with kitchenette and polished floor boards.

Gym equipment was very poor. Machines were missing parts and some weren't working at all. Our room was not cleaned the second day until 4pm when we called front desk and asked to have someone clean the room. Bed wasn't very comfortable. There were scratches on the bed frame. There were stains on the chair next to the bed. We asked for a room with a city view and got the back street with the strip club instead. Parking daily rate was far too expensive. The ceiling was leaking into a bucket left in front of the elevator door on level 11. Front desk agent who was wearing a "training" badge was rude - We came to check in and were told to go back outside and park the car while she prepped our room. When we came back (literally 2 minutes) she didn't recognize us nor had she told us we need to have a key to get into the parking and we still had to wait for our room key to be ready.

We had a wonderful city and lake view from the top (18th) floor. The room was very clean overall. Free buffet breakfast was good, but the same offerings everyday.

Small bathroom. A few blocks from the main downtown area in an area that was a little edgy.
