We liked everything about this hotel. The only quibble is that the hotel is not really within walking distance of major museums and galleries, and the free hotel shuttle to these sites is not available on weekends but car parking is readily avalable at these locations. The hotel offers spa and massage. The massage in particular was excellent. |

The Front Desk is full of inexperienced and rude staff. Even though their average ages were around 25, they are lacking serious trainings. the Breakfast Buffet is boring and the dirtiness of the entire hotel, inside out, is out of this world. I strongly advice to think twice before you book this hotel. |

1. Breakfast was very good. 2. Room service food was excellent. 3. Nice foyer 1. Porter staff could be more helpful and provide better assistance. . 2. Room and facilities could be better maintained including cleanliness of room and sheets that do not have holes in them 3. Not situated in the best area of Toronto & also limited cafes and restaurants nearby |

Nice hotel but on the edge of the seedy side of town but still safe. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast which was included in a very reasonable price. |

confortable room, clean jaccuzzi on the roof, nice swimming-pool. The breakfast is a real buffet with enough choice and good products. The restaurant was also very good, but expensive. |

the quick step floors instead of carpet. the big windows and the there is a little window that we could open for fresh air. the room had a fresh and clean air. we were on the 17th floor. to go to the roof it took for ever to get the elovator. if there was a stairway to go up we could get there faster |

Pool is beautiful. Breakfast good. The room was hot. Maintenance came and made several adjustments (opening the ceiling). It began to cool, but stopped. My husband was asleep, so I did not want maintenance to return. Opened window and city noise. Next day, they said they would fix it. On return, still hot. They allowed us to move to a different room. Then everything was ok. |

Close to downtown.Very nice jacuzzi on the top of the building. The breakfast was very rich. the cleaning lady came into our room without knocking the door. At the check in we have not been informed that the parking of the car should be paid additionally and at the end we found an unpleasant surprise in the bill. |

This Hotel was excellent. A pretty central location and the facilities and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very accommodating. The suite came with a kitchen, but with no cooking utensils - saucepans, utensils, washing up liquid, t-towels etc. We did acquire some pans after putting in a request with reception, but it does seem pointless to provide you with a stove, microwave and fridge if you have no hardware to use it! |

Room was OK - spacious, but not well appointed (no place to store clothes in bedroom -- had to store them down the hall in the kitchen area!) |
