Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It was convenient for the purpose of my visit, to enjoy a reunion with members of a sports team going back some 30 years No. The immediate area provided all services and shopping consistent with a suburb. |

Nice, clean hotel with excellent staffs who are very welcoming and helpful. Big, clean rooms with very clean bathrooms. Its a little far from downtown, but plenty of transportation available. They do an airport shuttle which is very helpful for the stopovers. Overall I liked it and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Montreal. |

I thought that the business centre, computer and printer was a great idea as was the gymnasium. Nothing except that a dvd player could be provided in the bedrooms for guests wishing to use this facility. |

The room was nice, the service friendly, and the shuttle was very prompt in picking us up even at 2 in the morning. There was a shortage of parking spaces for customers with cars. |

The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was excellent. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. Overall it was a great place to stay and when I'm in Montreal again I will definately be back. |

Convenience to airport - shuttle My room was on the front, 2nd level, and the street noise made it difficult to sleep; I would not stay with you again unless assured of a quieter room. |

Do atendimento. As recepcionistas ( Natalie e Maria) foram muito gentis e sempre prontas a nos ajudar e dar dicas ótimas. São excelentes funcionárias. Parabéns. Talvez uma máquina de café expresso. Seria ótimo para turistas pouco acostumados com o café canadense. |

Hôtel situé tout près de l'aéroport et pratique quand on veut prendre l'avion le lendemain Beaucoup de bruit: clients qui crient dans les corridors, mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, portes qui claquent et aussi forte odeur de fumé de cigarette sur l'étage malgré le fait que c'était chambre non- fumeur. Nous avons attendu la navette longtemps qu'elle vienne nous chercher comme prévu à la gare et même après trois appels de notre part, elle n'est jamais venue, avons dû prendre taxi. |
