The room was clean The restaurent good

The handicap suite unsuitable for a couple or a person with a companion....only 1 double bed. So we had to use a regular room so showering was not an option. It was a long walk from the the elevator It was very noisy......could clearly here music and DJ till 2a.m.

It was nice there was a spa at the site and the restaurants were very cozy and nice, good food, the pool was really warm and clean. Overhaul this was the best hotel we have been in.

The smell in the elevator was really bad.

The prime rib is one of the best I have had in a smaller town. Price/quality ratio excellent.

We stayed overnight on our bus trip from Perth Andover in New Brunswick to Quebec City. The hotel's location, which is very close to the PetroCan station where the bus arrives and from where it leaves, meant we didn't have to take a taxi. We were able to wheel our huge amount of luggage (a tandem bicycle which packs into two suitcases, a large duffel bag, two panniers, and assorted odds and ends) in a hotel luggage cart right to the hotel.

Location and exterior appearance.

A classic case of looks good from afar, but is far from good. If you have an issue with cigarette smoke do not stay at this hotel. Although most rooms are "smoke free" apparently smoking is allowed in some rooms. The entire building has that smell. The rooms are small and dusty. Carpets are dirty. The hotel sees a lot of traffic. Parking can be an issue as the conference rooms are rented out as bingo halls.

Even though I booked through the internet they did not acknowledge my reservation.

The staff and facilities were excellent

The position was rather a long way from the centre of town especially for those without a car.

Look like the rooms are soundproof. We have not heard anything from other clients. Non-smoking rooms available.

Beds were too hard for us, but this is a personal preference.

Great place to relax and rest on a road trip. Beautiful pool and delicious food.

It's undergoing renovations so the outdoor pool was unavailable. They started pretty early but the noise wasn't too bad from our room.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

The value for money was not that great. There was nothing wrong with the hotel but the four star rating is too generous and the only thing that justifies the rating is what I paid for the room, which I think was a bit overpriced.

Good price range

For a hotel rated as a 4 star, the beds were substandard.

Very pleasant stay, the hotel was very nice and clean, though a bit noisy in the morning due to some construction outside.

All of the staff we encountered were excellant and very accomodating. Facilities are very good and the dining room/kitchen provides an excellant menu.

They gave the room . somebody smoke just before we get in the room. WE RESERVED non smoke room. we got clean fresh room little upgrade one. the stuff was kind.

Petite suggestion: ajouter une poubelle dans la section bain/toilette et pas seulement du côté du lavabo.

La propreté ...

La salle de bain est beaucoup trop petite pour 4 personne et pas du tout pratique car la toilette est avec le bain et on ne peut l' utiliser quand il y a quelqu'un ds la douche c est vraiment pas pratique .On a vraiment pas aimer ca .Sans oublier le bruit qui parvient du spa ' car on étais a l' étage au dessus a gauche ,et on étais pas capable d' ouvrir la fenêtre ,et il faisait tres chaud et humide .La musique nous a déranger c' était très fort !! en sommes nous ne retournerons plus a cet hotel ! et nous la recommanderons pas non plus .

Bien située. La piscine. La salle à diner. La politesse du personnel.

Une erreur s'est glissée dans la facturation. C'est difficile de la faire rectifier. La faute est un peu la mienne, j'ai vérifié la facture après avoir payé, C'est le seul bé-mol. Merci.
