I really enjoyed having a full kitchen. We cooked breakfast every morning which helped save us some money. The location is good, it's located close to downtown, the village, and Old Montreal. We got there a few hours before check-in hoping we could drop our bags off and come back to check in at 3pm. Unfortunately, there is no reception, and the only staff there before 3pm is the cleaning lady. So make sure you dont arrive early as there will be no one there to greet you.
