Location Easy access Free Wi-Fi comfortable bed Modern bathroom The tariff was very reasonable Flexibility with departure time
Could have done with more equipment in the kitchen
Facilities were roomy and comfortable. Location was especially great, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. (Our favorite was Modavie, right across the street.)
Our upgrade to a 3 bedroom (for just 2 of us) was a lovely surprise. Convenience store across the road had all we needed (without a car)as supermarket was 20 mins away. Metro station 10mins away made moving around easy
Something small - some soap for the dishwasher to avoid buying a large container and to leave dishes etc really clean.
Very clean, safe and comfortable
The people on the street are loud but bring ear plugs and you will be all set.
This place is located perfectly in Old Montreal. Our apartment was a lovely 3 level, 3 BR unit with a nice view of Rue Saint Paul. Walking distance from everything.
Location, Location, Location. Apartment has everything you could want. It has lots of space so on a rainy afternoon we could have relax and we both had a bit of room to do our own things.
I arrived and nobody was around to meet me. I did not have a Canadian cellphone. By chance I was able to enter the building and found the cleaning help, that called the manager. It is somewhat noisy at night because it is in a prime location. Not for light sleepers.
The full kitchen with ample dishes and utensils. The bright rooms ( large windows that opened on two sides). The washer/dryer in the apartment. Free WiFi. Kokila was very attentive and helpful.
The living room sofa was not very comfortable. The bed sagged somewhat in the middle.
Great location. Very nice and caring owner. Very comfortable. Little noisy on Friday night due to late night revelers
Friday night noise, but o.k.
The apartment 301 was very nice and clean. Competitively priced and great location. The staff helped us get checked in seamlessly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the shops and night life down rue St Paul are worth a visit and you can see old port from the window!
We were only there to sleep and it seemed like everything was perfect.
Smell on the first level! It would only take $4 bucks to cure the problem!
great, roomy apartment in a great location in the old town. Excellent value for money
Reception is not manned so everything is by phone
I liked everything except for the two items that I didn't like
The apartment is so close to the action, but the action goes on all night and we don't. There were people in the streets being noisy and disrespectful until 4 am. And then by 7am the traffic starts up. The place could use an upgrade in more quiet windows. Second, parking is difficult. Nothing on site, so need to pay $20/day, plus tips, for a valet ramp 2 short blocks away.
In the heart of the Vieux Montreal. Nicely arranged apartment; comfortable. Good services generally.
The curtains were old and didn't work well. Would have preferred more open windows for the sunlight. Bed was a bit lumpy; not especially great. Some outside noise from people partying in the neighborhood.
A nice apartment.
Could have a few essential toiletries on arrival. Fortunately there is a convenience store across the street. Should have had at least a spare toilet roll and some tissues. We realise it is apartment but you don't always carries these things on overseas trip. Location is great in the old town but not for mature couples who like some sleep. The noise is unbelievable, Friday and Saturday night it went until 4 am. Great for young people or anyone who wants to party all night. The only staff we met was the cleaning lady, who was lovely.
Perfect location to see Montreal by foot. Host was very nice and helpful. Kitchen has everything you need. WiFi is good. I recommend it to everyone.
It's quite noisy before 11pm at weekends, also living room has no curtains so this room is light all night. Still it's an excellent place.
Three bed room apartment is 157 m2⃣️，more space for a big family. Good location in old town and lots of restaurants.
Not easy to find a parking place
Central location with easy access to all areas if the city. Private, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly offering us a discount at their tourism store across the street.
That we could not stay longer.
In the heart of Old Montreal, close to most attractions and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Need clearer arrival instructions. Main door was locked and no way to enter unless you call the main office to let you in. Do your food shopping before entering Canada because there are no grocery stores in area.
location, European feel,space
towels very thin, not enough of them. There was no one to call to get more. While not enough towels, the dryer in the unit as wonderful. For the price, it was terrific
Location (great) Clean Well equipped
Poor sound-proofing (you can hear people talk) Curtains are not shielding from light at all Beds needs new mattress and the bed was "moving" (old frame) Windows are not secure with children
Lots of space for a family of 5
Decor a bit tired. Air conditioning only on the lower level of the apartment.
I was attending a conference which was just a few minutes walk away, and the suite was perfect with much more space and amenities than a hotel room. Although the physical presence of the staff at the front desk was less than a standard hotel, you could still get anythign attended to as needed by phoning them (they also run a business on the same street). I would highly reecommend this place to anyone!
When I arrived I had to phone a number to have someone come and unlock the front door and check me in. Had I known of this beforehand (and had a phone with me) it would have been much easier. Otherwise everything was great; the staff did respond to emaisl and phone calls very promptly.
The location was excellent. We were right beside the cobblestone streets in Old Montreal with tons of cafes and shops right around the corner. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early the day we got there and leave our luggage the day we checked out. There was a great restaurant just a block away towards the waterfront called Creme de la Creme that was very reasonably priced and the food and service were great. Also, the free wifi worked perfectly and the size of the suite was better than expected.
There is a bit of a funky smell in the lobby, but that is a very minor detail.
Location, location, location.
Furnishings were a bit outdated.
It was perfect for a family with older children. Enough sleeping room for everyone, large livingroom and kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of old montreal.
There is no parking, as one does suspect from the location. But there are several parkind garages and street parking (weekends).
