Clean, friendly, little details like popcorn and cookies available to customers, breakfast was fantastic, pool was great for my kids!

Loved the cookies and fruit/vegetable water in lobby. Loved the great selection of breakfast foods, something for everyone!

There was no fridge in the room, and now a days I just assume there will be one.

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Room was clean. Breakfast ameneties were excellent; great way to start the day!

The room was spacious and had a comfortable feel. Staff were friendly & accomodating.

Although the room was spacious the traffic noise was very loud and disruptive. The heat was automatically turned down at 10 and I was cold. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:30 to see when I was checking out. Check out time was 11:00! Not a very relaxing stay.

Hard to find, hidden behind 2 other hotels.

The rooms were very nice , they were big and the bed was very comfortable, they had a very good breakfast spread and it started early so that was good for me.The location was a little out of the way but it was quite, the staff was nice and friendly and helpful.

When I got to my room and was looking around I found in the bathroom that one of the toilet paper holders was missing leaving a big hole in the wall.It is advertised on there site and in the inroom guide of the hotel that there is coin laundry for the guests to use,but when I asked where I would find it I was told they did not have laundry for the guests to use and I could have it sent out for a fee, but overall it is a good hotel.

Two families in two different suites. Both rooms not cleaned properly. Had to request cleaners on different occasions. There was hair all over the blanket in our room. It was gross. The cleaning staff did not speak or understand English, which made it difficult for us to relay our needs to them. Never vacuumed during our four day stay.

There were only a couple of things i would have changed about our stay. We would have loved to have had a hot shower and the beds were just ok.

I thought this was a Hilton Hotel and it turned out to be an old retread Hampton Inn (read "dump"). To make matters worse, upon arrival, the reception staff keyed in wrong information about credit cards claiming they were rejected by Visa - turned out they keyed in the wrong expiry dates,three times (according to Visa when I phoned them the next day)! Room was noisy and had to tell Yahoos in the hall to have a conversation elsewhere. The preponderance of half ton trucks in the parking lot should have been a clue.

I want to say that it took me a while to (over an hour). I was using the online map and when I called the number provided it would always go to voice mail. When I arrived at Hampton Inns the person at the desk didn't seen in the least concerned. He said they knew it wasn't the right address on the map and mote or less shrugged it of. I had my year oldPp grand daughter with me and we wee both berry hungry. I wish there had been a restaurant attached. Needs and room were berry nice. Breakfast was very nice.

Wrong address on interne map. No local phone number listed that would not go to voice mail. Done like the fact that I have to get my receipt online. Wanted it when I checked Pitt.

Your front desk staff needs more training on customer service and procedures.

the beds and pillows were too soft for our liking and we asked but they did not have any harder pillows, so we did not sleep well, but otherwise the place was nice.

The hotel ran out of bread Sun morning and Mon morning and ran out of yogurt and skim milk Mon morning. Surely there must be a way of calculating how much food will be required based on the number of guests at the hotel. The jets didn't work in the hot tub.
