A comfortable well-run establishment with very good in-room free Wi-Fi. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hourly courtesy bus to Airport. Worth a walk to see the wild-life along the local creek. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. The Thai/Vietnamese one was good! Nothing.

it had parking free breakfast was excellent location was a bit far out but easy access to major roadways the booklet of info in the room was a bit confusing not easy to find the info i wanted

The hotel is clean, friendly staff and hot breakfast. On both mornings of our stay the maid accidentally came into our room and woke us up. Our handicapped accessible room, although verly large, had only a tub no wheel in shower in the bathroom.The walls are paper thin. The heater is loud and does not work very well. You are either sweating or freezing.

There is another hotel with the same name close by. We arrived for a late night stop over. We were taken to the wrong hotel and wasted hous of potential sleep but got no apology. Would not recommend hotel as a result. Very annoying experience!

Staff at checkin and knowledge of surroundings. - Need to call for airport shuttle and the fact that it came and after a minute left. At Toronto Pearson it can take time to spot exact shuttle between all shuttles. - Noisy AC/heating in the room. - Limited facilities at the hotel to get some food / drinks in the evening.

Low price not reflective of the true value of the stay Great Hot Breakfast Clean Free Airport Shuttle hourly Free Wifi Free Financial Post at your door in morning Pretty good beds and pillows There was a wedding party near our room returning late. Being a mature couple and given it was a Sunday night with lots of availability would have been nice if upon check in the desk clerk recognized that on their system and gave us a room as far away from the party as possible. Staff we very apologetic of the situation and gave us a credit for our inconvenience,

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly the breakfast was also very good Most of the time when you are traveling you cant sleep because sometimes the rooms are not clean but this hotel was very clean so we has a very restful sleep the rate was very reasonable I will definiately stay here again

Nice big room, clean and tastefully decorated (felt classy rather than just corporate). We were on the 7th floor, and it was very quiet. The breakfast was terrific--with many healthy and yummychoices. Apparently there are TWO Hampton Inns --we had no idea, and ended up on the wrong shuttle from the airport. We had to wait at the wrong hotel until a shuttle bus driver could fit it into his sched. to come pick us up...PLEASE make it clear at the airport that guests must check WHICH of the 2 hotels their reservation is with---before they board the shuttle. I prefer a rectangular pool for lap swimming. This one is round. The restaurants are at a distance of 10-15 mins walk...
