The place over all was ok Except in the parking lot was not plow the greatest and it apears that are cars that fave been there for a long time

What I did not like was on Saturday a busy morning my daughter went down for something to eat the food was gone so when we went down at 945 the food had been restored but by the time she got down the kitchen staff was turning things off and putting things away. There were many other families coming in with small kids that were turned away as well. There was a full warmer if ham eggs and pan cakes there but not plates or forks to eat with. I feel that the breakfast should be left open at least until 1030 or the staff have the coursery to allow the people to grab something.

The staff worked to have our room ready two hours before check-in time, the room was huge and clean, front desk staff very friendly and helpful even having a bagged lunch for us upon check-out.

We were told we could leave our car at the hotel, but there was no spaces left, so we had to park at park and fly!!

hot breakfast items were cold, meeting room was small and not enough chairs, more were brought but then not enough room around the table ( not the hotel's fault), good meeting snacks

Nice room, free breakfast, pool, hot tub, location, free wifi, good music playing in the hotel, could see my vehicle from the room's window, I would stay again.

No fridge in my room, pop machine on my floor was out of order.

I was really disappointed that there wasn't a refridgerator in the room. I would think for $130.00 per night, you should at least have a fridge in your room. Everything else about the room was fine.

Proximity to the airport was prime for us. We frequently use Hampton Inns when we travel for the cleanliness and courtesy of staff.

We were surprised that the staff did not, apparently, know how to turn the fire alarm off when it was decided that the toaster in the breakfast area had set off the alarm. We existed the building when the alarm went off but never received a call or explanation of what was, or had, gone on to cause the alarm.

The door to the room would not close unless you pushed it. The duvet was terrible. TV was too small for the king size oom, pillows were standard size on a king size bed. I think that is terrible & not omfortable for the people sleeping in the king bed. I will NOT recommend it

It is conveniently located by the airport but $159 & tax is a little steep. I like to stay around the $129 & tax if at all possible. I will do some looking around for my next stay. As you can tell I have been there a few times but never paid $159/night as I did this last time. Continental breakfast included does not help because our flights often leave too early in the morning to have any time for breakfast.

Very clean rooms, service was excellent. Breakfast was great.

Our room key did not work but the staff was excellent to let us in and out, The only thing that would be better is to have wine glasses and regular glasses in the room.Wine in paper cups just dosen't cut it!!!

the bed was really comfortable the bathroom was a great size the menu for delivery meals the breakfast was good

shower got cold very quick, no matter what time we used the shower, the cleaning staff were very loud outside our door...yelling at each other; not really bothersome, but I found it not very professional
