눉My experience this stay was not good. I attempted to check in, with my booking.com confirmation email, but the front desk attendant advised that the hotel was full and there was no room. He went into the back for quite some time to discuss it with the manager, came out, and said someone would call me. I went to dinner, and before I was finished, they called and said my room was available. When I actually checked in, the clerk advised that booking.com should not have sold me the room and that they had to bump someone else because of it. He then went on to say that booking.com would definitely hear from them. All that is definitely not my problem, I booked in good faith and was made to feel like I was the cause of a big problem. Later, I was settled in my bed. When I tried to turn on the TV, it was was malfunctioning. It was the first night of the World Series. I called and they sent someone up...but again...there was a tone on the phone that made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. The next day, check out was 12pm, however the maid knocked at 11 to clean the room and advised that "they told me you had checked out already". I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with. I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this last time...the customer service was lacking. I stay at hotels in the area at least once or twice a week. Next time, I'll be seeking out a different hotel for sure.
