I liked very much the room and the ladys in reception. So kind. Especially the lady from Italy and the lady from Beirut. Congratulations. I will remember your smile and your kind words!!!!! I didnt like breakfast. I think it wasnt good enough, as the hotel and the staff. Plastic dishes, plastic glass an spoons... Not in a hotel like this. The tables and the chairs are too few and some mornings I have to wait by lloking the others who were eating. Someone must think that if there are leaving so many people, there must be tables and chairs for everyone!!!!!!

Simply easier to write about what I did not like. Nothing. Enjoyable from check in to check out very clean rooms comfortable bed clean bathroom , wish I could have snuck the bed out to bring home. No complaints what-so-ever , enjoy your stay

Rooms were very good and well kept with comforatble beds Ample free parking for vistiors with vehicles. Having the breakfast facility off the lobby was handy and there was even a couple of hot items. Easy access to main roadways and approximatley 20 minutes to Trudeau airport. Staff were very friendly. Very prompt check-out.

Super hôtel; grande chambre, confortable, personnel accueillant, ... Le petit-déjeuner par contre n'était pas à notre gout. Choix très limité. Nous sommes arrivés vers 9h30 alors que le ''buffet'' se terminait à 10h et le personnel commençait déjà à ranger à 9h45. Nous n'avons été déçus que par cela.

Tout. Séjour d'une nuitée vraiment agréable. J'ai été impressionné par la qualité des lieux, des lits, du petit-déjeuner etc.et une très belle réception. Absolument rien!

Hotel confortable, facile à trouver, offrant tous les services classiques de ce type d'Etablissement. Un petit frigidaire dans la chambre aurait été apprécié, comme c'était le cas dans d'autres établissements de moindre standing. Copieux et bon petit déjeuner.

le comfort de la chambre et la facilité de réservation On a brisé le mirroir de ma voiture dans le stationnement. Nécessite meilleur éclairage et surveillance dans le stationnement de l'hôtel le soir.

The friendliness of the staff...they were true hostesses. The room was beautiful and accommodated us very well with ample room and facilities; layout was perfect. The pool and exercise room were really nice and open from early morning to late at night which was great. The lounge area where breakfast was served was gorgeous and the free breakfast offered everything you could want and was very well prepared. We felt thoroughly pampered and from the baby of 8 months to grampa of 64 years; a great time was had by all. Our grandson ordered an in room movie which he watched in the evening of our stay and viewed it again the following morning. We were charged twice for the same movie. We explained this to the receptionist and felt she should have erased one of the charges, but she refused.
