Accessible to public transportation Bed bugs, we killed 2, Requested for extra towels twice with 2 different shift staffs but not granted. |

The carpets were old and visibly dirty... that made me feel very uncomfortable walking around the room barefoot. Bathtub, toilet, beddings... could all be clean, but if the carpets aren't, all these will carry the same germs if there were! |

This hotel was quiet,..perfect for the nature of my visit. It was clean. Hotel staff friendly. Good location. Only that the 'continental breakfast' was very minimal, and available between say 6am to 10am but I found one morning after 6am the coffee still hadn't been made and one morning the muffins and fruit hadn't been put out right away |

Booking in advance saved money....it was great! The morning orange juice was great. The air conditioning was amazing through the heat wave, I was able to sleep at night, and it was quiet.... nobody having any parties. The smell of the room.... we had to buy Febreeze. (you need to steam clean, i think. It smelled like spilled alcohol.) We didn't get our basic cable for 2 days. We were gone most of the time anyway....but it would have been nice once we got back, seeing as we were paying for it. The price of the drinks left in the room was steep, especially seeing that there are no little fridges to even keep them cold. |

It was great in comparison to what I paid for it. Tissue paper box and moisturizer were not replaced when they were finished, otherwise nothing was bad. |

Most of the staff were very helpful. Julie even provided us with google directions on several occasions. The complimentary breakfast was modest, but always fresh. The air conditioner in our assigned room did not work so we were assigned a room on the second floor. Since there is no elevator, we had to constantly use stairs when going to and from our room. |

Les réceptionnistes tous très gentils. L'accés à la buanderie. Le coin kitchenette dans notre chambre. Le tarif super cool pour tout ça. Un peu loin du centre ville. Le frigo était bruyant ( on l'a débranché ). Le petit dejeuner. |

Lieu calme et d'accès facile par la Highway 1 La climatisation ne fonctionne pas efficacement ( vérifié dans 3 chambres différentes). Les équipements de cuisine fonctionnent mais sont très usagés ( frigo et plaques chauffantes) Il manque un micro ondes. |
